Clean room and friendly staff who assisted us although we don't speak French. Best part was the hotel is Dog is friendly.

On-line reservation was quick and efficient. Once on site, things are more challenging with Covid but the motel and staff went out of their way to respect health guidelines. We arrived on snowmobiles with the trail leading directly to the motel and as advertised, they provided courtesy indoor parking for our machines which was great...!!

Although the room was very clean and comfortable for an overnight stay, the bed did not encourage us to stay for more than just the night. Additionally, the site shows in-room microwaves and there was none in the room. There were several microwaves just a few steps away in the hall next to the ice and vending machines. There was a restaurant-bar accessible from inside the motel and although the food was very good, the order I had placed for pick-up at a set time must have been forgotten as I needed to return to pick up our food about 20 minutes later. I didn't ask if they had room service and I was more comfortable picking up the food myself in any case with the current Covid situation.

bathroom very small, no safety bar from tub , small towel ‘ , COFFE pod for one day only, stayed there 3 days and had to buy our coffee for the other days , if we would of arrive on different days the coffee would of been free ; water in shower plays from hot to cold no sign for NO SMOKING around the place

The upgrading of our room at no extra cost was very welcome , the manager and his staff were very kind and friendly , bed , room facilities all perfectly fine !

The room is modern and comfy. Being at the rear of the building is very quiet.

The heating machine is really too noisy!
