Location

At breakfast three managers held their meeting in the breakfast room in front of guests. They were talking very loudly. It was very inappropriate to discuss the company’s business and make negative comments about the competitors in front of guests. At the end of breakfast the cleaning lady asked us to move tables 3 times so they could mop. Guests should not have to accommodate the help!!!

The staff were very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. The room was very nice and comfortable.

Lady handling breakfast and the one upon check in were both great. Decent breakfast selection. Nice courtyard and pool area. Also liked the soaps, shampoos, conditioners, body wash and lotion selection.

Room interior and furnishings were dated. Also kid working the front desk during the day was extremely rude and unprofessional.

I liked the cleanliness of my room. I was able to smell the clean as I walked in. There were plenty of towels. The bed was clean & comfortable.

I had a room next to the elevator. That being said, I was not disturbed by any noise the elevator may have made. The food at breakfast was an average serve yourself breakfast. It would have been nice to have Dark Roast coffee.

Reception personnel were extremely friendly and proficient. Felt welcomed and valued.

The mattress on the bed was too soft. Woke up during the night and in the am with back pain. This is the second time staying at Hamptons (different locations) with soft mattresses. This may be my preference of a Hampton standard. Given that I will probably select another hotel in the future, if possible.
