Breakfast was adequate
When I arrived at 11:30pm my reservation from Booking.com was not in the system! The desk clerk told us there were no available rooms. When he saw how upset I was he looked and found one. First, why was the res NOT in the system??? Second, why did he not look for a room right away before I got upset? I blame Booking.com more, but the clerk was really not customer focused.

Ok, coffee lids were stuck together so I spilled the cup when I picked it up. Only 1 dry bagel available at 9 am

our toilet was clogged and trying to over flow. told front desk on Sat morning, they said the maintance man doesn't work the weekends. so we had to use the toilet in the main lobby.

Good location. Away from busy nightlife
Somethings were outdated.
Also had to wait almost 40 mi. For my room to be ready after the 3 pm check in.

Bed was comfortable and the breakfast was pretty good.
First night’s room had multiple problems (TV, door, cabinet drawers), pool/hot tub out of order the whole time (big reason we chose this hotel).

The pool was awful... used bandaid, rust, sharp broken handrails, way to much chlorine, spa jets did not work and it was HOT.

There was a lot of noise.. people stomping all night I didn’t sleep the entire time I was there.. very unhappy

The staff was really nice.
I paid over $200 for a “spa suite” to find no spa in the room, however there was a jetted tub so we accepted that. My son filled up the tub and as soon as he turned the jets dirt, hair etc was blowing out the jets and filters.
I used third party for booking so I was not able to receive any type of refund. I WILL NOT use this location EVER AGAIN.

We used to have Hampton Inn on this location always be my first choice every time I come to Reno because of its the located.
We and other guests experienced unexpected power outage during our stay because of the storm the customer service it’s effected all area nearby even other places. There were some guests stuck in elevator. My dissatisfaction is how come the hotel doesn’t even prepare for this kinda weather with generators as a backups power.

the room was very dusty, only one of three lamps worked and the light in the shower didn’t work.

The cut fruit was good each of the mornings we had breakfast.
Noise from the room A/C unit was bothersome. My sense of the front desk staff for each of the evenings when I checked in is that they would rather be somewhere else and while superficially cordial, I was to be processed quickly. The woman that checked me out Sunday morning was genuinely warm and wanted to know how my stay was.

Honestly, the staff was amazing and just wonderful! They were all so sweet and helpful and did their best to help out. I honestly felt looked out for. The breakfast was really good too. The bed and pillows were nice as well. The lobby was nice and clean. Bathrooms were also clean. They have toiletries available for you as well upon request. Wifi was good.
You can kinda tell this place needs a but of a renovation, some of the door handles were a little stuck, some of the walls and furniture show signs of "wear and tear" but I was told that they will be getting a remodeled soon so hopefully they will fix it. You can hear ppl in the hallways and upstairs so it woke me up a few times.

The door lock took 3-4 tries everytime. And the toilet constantly ran. I told them Friday evening there was no contact by Sunday
