Love the staff, hotel, location, and breakfast!
Pool was very chilly and room wall seemed very thin- heard our neighbors quite a bit
5.0
The breakfast was fabulous. Look for Zeneib she is wonderful. Hotel is close to the Omaha Zoo and a very walkable part of the city. I left an item and they were on it. Doug was very helpful.
Nothing
2.5
The breakfast was great. Room was nice.
Pool had no hot tub. Check in experience was awful as the guy didnt know what he was even saying and kept contradicting himself entire time. Valet parking was awful. Small little round about area to check in, limo driver parked in it the wrong way so literally no one could check in to the hotel. Hotel staff didnt care that the other guests couldnt access the hotel for this reason, offered no alternative area to park or access the hotel when asked.
The valet parking is not told to you until you arrive for your stay. They tell you its $29 per day or else tell you to find free parking somewhere else in the city and then tell you that there is none.

Great location and fabulous breakfast provided and evening reception for guests!

I liked the split room and the view. I liked the breakfast. It was a pretty hotel. And I got to pet some dogs. The staff was friendly. The room was clean.
The bathroom off the pool was gross. There was a lot of water on the floor and hair and was just gross. I wish the complementary drinks would have been whenever you wanted them and not a specific time.

Location was great. Breakfast was horrible. Items were cold. Made to order omelette was undercooked and pancakes were burnt.
Staff was rude. Front desk check in.
4.5
The breakfast was really good. The bar area is really nice. The beds are comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was amazing.
The bathroom’s could be updated they are looking a little worn out. The lavatory faucet needs to be replaced it was not working correctly.
4.5
Location, afternoon snacks, breakfast and large comfortable rooms.
Parking, wasn't difficult, just a little inconvenient.

Beautiful hotel great staff
Our suite had a door that entered the bedroom area that squeaked every time we used the door very annoying during the night when people are trying to sleep

Close to the Old Msrket.

the breakfast was not of quality food unless you got a made to order omelet. That line was too long to wait for. The coffee did not taste good either.
The floor was so badly greasy , it was a safety hazard.
To be cleaner. The room did not feel clean especially the tile floor. The corners had a build up of dirt in the corners .
The entrance needed vacuuming more than once. Bad first impression.

Nice very high class facility with big rooms and an amazing lobby.
Nothing.

The snack bar and breakfast were amazing and above & beyond!!

Location was great and able to walk to restaurants, etc.
The room was not clean and felt cold and wet. Our clothes and sheets felt damp and there were visible stains on the side of the mattress. The pool was dirty and we had to get straight out due to a film floating in the water which made the kids upset.

Breakfast was excellent & location was good. Staff was quick & efficient in clearing/cleaning tables so tables were ready for the next group of people looking for a spot. Staff very friendly!
Would have preferred breakfast to remain open to 11 am rather than closing at 10:30.

The breakfast was fantastic, employees were so nice and helpful. Loved the free drinks I. The evening. Kids loved the hotel.
Pull out couch bed was extremely uncomfortable, couldn’t sleep in it. Shouldn’t have to pay for parking.

The breakfast and evening snack service were both great especially for traveling with family

Staff was courteous and helpful. Complimentery breakfast was great for a rising family. Room was as advertised and clean.
The neighborhood was nice and provided great diversity. However the amount of street dwellers was alarming and causing us ti stay in more than planned.

Free drinks and snacks
Did not get the room I paid and booked for. 518 dollars for 2 nights and was not what I selected for my reservation the manager said nothing could be done

perfect location for the Old Market and a short drive to the zoo as well. breakfast was great and the Embassy staff was great.
when we arrived there were floor dryers all over by the side entrance where the parking is located. not sure if they had a flood or possibly had carpets cleaned. parking is kind of high charged daily and in a lot across the street. valet was like $6 more but my husband drives me a big truck so we didn’t trust that. most of the valet guys are through a temp agency.
room was not very clean. especially the bathroom and air vents. requested housekeeping in the middle of our stay and never received. also requested clean towels that we never received. apparently their housekeepers work through a temp agency. the pillows were terrible and you only get 3 per bed. beds were not very comfy either. i wouldn’t recommend counting on the pull out except maybe for a small child. I expected more from and Embassy Suites.
breakfast was really good. great made to order omelets and pancakes, fresh fruit, potatoes, scrambled eggs and sausage for hot food then basic continental type foods. the busser Ree was so sweet and attentive. the evening reception was good. lots of snack/small plate items to choose from. beware when ordering a drink at the bar, be specific on what brand of alcohol. we paid $35 for an old fashioned because the bar tender said “I’m going to use the locally made bourbon and fancy cherries”
the girl at checkout did comp us the parking fee and $50 off one night due to the lack of housekeeping.

The lobby area had lots of areas to meet with friends and families.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The Old Market location is great for shopping and dining.

we came for my daughters 12th birthday party. the girls loved how close we were to the old market. we love the openness of the hotel and the rooms.
my daughter started her period and there wasn’t any women’s sanitary products any where. I asked the front desk and she said they were on back order. I tried the machines in the public restrooms and they were all empty.

Breakfast was so so unless you waited in line for the omelette bar. That was great! Other food was okay. Scrambled eggs and sausage patties were watery and bland.
We still had food that had been left from previous people in our room when we arrived. Also found hair on the floor. Needed to be cleaner.
