Assistant manager was extraordinarily helpful with the possibility of extending my stay. The night staff noticed I dropped some money and ensured it was returned to me in full.

We were unable to use hot tub the last morning we were there.... Cleaning should be done in the evening when nobodys around...

I would have liked to use my debit card rather than incure intrest charges on a credit card....

I easy to get to from our tournament in Coaldale. Breakfast was included.

We were put in a room right next to the elevator and lobby. Considering the hotel was not full, I’m not sure why we’d get out there. It was so noisy. The people coming and going, the noise from the elevator machine room and the people talking in the lobby. We didn’t get much sleep. I let the person at the front desk know this morning and he simply said “sorry, next time we won’t put you in that room.” I’m 100% certain there will not be a next time. Also the pool is shallow and boring and the hot tub is small and stained. 😬

Loved the pool and hot tub! It stayed open until 11 pm. on a Saturday.The location was perfect. The staff was friendly.

Average price. The price was included breakfast. It was good. We are able to make a waffle by myself.

The hot tub was too hot the second day we were there but we still went in because, hot tub. We ran out of toilet paper and Kleenex. Neither roll was a full one so not quite enough for a family of 4. The breakfast offerings were great however the quality of the eggs weren't wonderful. Oh! And you need undercabinet lighting over the microwave/coffee pot/fridge area 😁

FRONT DESK; Kamal. He was so professional and helpful! He is such a great asset! He helped us a lot and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. My husband lost something and Kamal followed up with everything.(we found it). He is probably the best contact person we have ever dealt with!!! CHECK IN: Deneke (sp?) She was so inviting and friendly!!! A great way to enter the hotel. BREAKFAST: Dana. The breakfast was great. Dana who is the breakfast lady was exceptional! She was efficient, friendly and inviting!!!

Room was ok

1- room booked king bed wasn’t available were put in a double queen and not given the reduced rate. 2- hallway on third floor really cold 3- 12 degrees in room heat not turned on 4- ice machines not located as per map 5- breakfast was dry and looked old
