We really liked the extra stuff included in the resort, we didnt have to leave the resort unless we wanted to. It was nice there was a grocery store minutes away as well.

The bed was to firm for me but my husband loved it. I also wish the tubes and extra slides were included in our stay but we had to pay extra for.

The villas were great, had most needed utensils besides wine bottle opener. The beds were comfortable, could use more pillows or bigger ones. Overall very happy and pleased with the rooms!

The parking at the water park where the lazy river is, is very scarce. That would be our biggest disappointment if we had to share one.

The property is very nice and there are a lot of nice amenities included onsite if you’re looking to not leave. There are also a ton of shops and restaurants in the same street and it is within a reasonable distance to Disney. A little farther with traffic to Universal. We enjoyed our stay other then some beetle type bugs we kept finding in the unit, but the resort is surrounded by trees so it’s to be expected. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you needed to make a meal as well as a large fridge and working clean stove/oven. The laundry in unit worked great. The unit was large and comfortable. The only complaint I have is the sales. It is obnoxious. You are forced to get your keys a activated at the sales desk and then they call the unit to continue to hound you to do a tour. It should be mentioned at check in and then left alone for people to decide if they like to participate or not. It was very car sales like. Other then that we enjoyed our stay!

Paid to stay at a 2 bedroom villa with Waterpark view. Got a parking lot view with a waterpark that both slides were closed as well as the hot tub. Had no pool towels and the dryer was broken. First and last stay as we could of stayed anywhere for almost $500 a night.

I felt like our condo wasn’t as clean as I remember. We also found a live cockroach in our dishwasher the first time we went to use it!!! Totally grossed us out.

The property was nice, and there was quite a bit of things to do. We were in town for a wedding, so we did not get a chance to do very many activities on the resort. Our room was very clean and comfortable.

We paid in advance for breakfast, and when we arrived, no one at the front desk could tell us how the credits worked or how to use them. I did not want to rack up a bill, so I ended up waiting and finally found out how to use them the day before we left. I ended up buying my souvenirs in the gift shop with the credits. The phone in our room did not work and neither did the dishwasher. I called the front desk from my personal phone, and it took forever to get anyone from the resort on the phone. The maintenance person did come and repair the dishwasher, but no one came to repair the phone. The sales presentation was very lengthy and went way over the timeframe. It was supposed to last. I will never do that again.

The pools were nice.

The service was horrible. Check in was at 4pm, we arrived at 6pm and they asked us to wait so they could clean our room. I asked if there was another room available and after a BIG sigh and a lot of dramatics, she “found” us a room. It was nice, and clean, but right on the hi-way, next to the front gate. This “resort” is at least 45 mins from any of the Disney parks - and there is NO shuttle or transport provided by the resort to/from the parks. Don’t expect any kind of actual help or service from the service desk. This place is over priced and 100% not worth it!

Estuvimos en Villa de 2 dormitorios. La amplitud de las habitaciones, sala de estar, cocina y hasta baños nos hizo sentir muy cómodos. Tienen gran diversidad de utensilios de cocina. Por otro lado, los servicios, actividades y espacios de distracción y comidas son muy variados. Esta vuelta no hice Tenis ni Golf como en visitas anteriores, porque fue plan exclusivo familiar, pero ambas están muy bien cuidadas. Nuestro espacio predilecto era River Island (Varias Piscinas, toboganes, solarium, restaurant, mini golf, etc.). Finalmente, nos gustó la cercanía con Disney.

Las distancias hacen que para movilizarse dentro del predio debas hacerlo casi siempre con auto. El servicio de limpieza y toallas es semanal. Si bien tenes lavadora y secadora, sugeriría hacerlo 2 veces x semana.

Es la tercera vez que voy y sigue muy bien todo, buena mantención de los espacios.

The property was huge. 14 acres and tons of activities. There’s a Publix on the property and the Main Street outside the property has all the food and stores you will need. Close to Disney not close to Sea world or Universal.

The property is huge and we were assigned to the back of the property. So by the time you got Home after 10 hours walking at Disney it takes at least 10 more minutes to drive to your room. Also the picture you see above does not Exist that is NOT on the property. This is a timeshare you WILL be hit up for a time share at some point during your stay. There is wildlife all over the place. We are from the city and we are not used to wildlife. The animals were a little too friendly for us which made us think that people on the property must be feeding them. We also saw dead animals on the property which again happens when the humans don’t realize these are wild animals looking for food and not necessarily speeding vehicles. The rooms need updating and cleaning but this is post Covid times and I’m used to certain things no longer happening like daily cleanings.

The accommodations were clean and spacious. The resort was conveniently close to several food and entertainment options. The check in process was simple.

The Villas were simply amazing and it felt like i was staying at home. All facilities were top notch and ammenties were in plenty. comfortable, relaxed enviroment

Booking team have to inform the client that villas are very far from the main building, it requires a car or else you have to walk to the shuttle stops and wait for the bus.

Room: We got the River Island 2 BR Villa on the 5th floor. It was terrific! Gives you a picturesque view of the water features on the grounds. I highly recommend.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room and hotel overall was very clean. The room had all the necessities we needed during our stay.

When I get there , it’s took me almost two hour to check in. My reservation was booked including all fees. They tried to charge me xtra money which at paid while booking . I booked a villas the give me one single hotel room. They Also forcing me too buy share . That was a disaster. Never again.
