breakfast was ok. Maybe the best thing about the hotel. It was nice to have a diner right there. Best part of our stay. Staff was nice and accommodating. We had to change rooms. It was too late to find another hotel. Convenient to where we went.

Hotel is smelly. Old and dumpy. It was below standard. Carpet in hallways is nasty and does not even fit on the floor. Whoever manages this hotel has no pride in themselves and frankly it was an embarrassing place to stay and I am embarrassed for the owner. 1st room was really smelly and dirty. Bathroom in second room toilet was disgusting and every area of hallway was unkept and unevenly laid. People were on the phones in the hallway on the 6th floor???? Questionable ?? We couldn't wait to check out. This property needs to be SHUT DOWN!

Filthy bathroom, with mold on the ceiling and in the shower. Dirty carpet throughout the lobby, room, and corridors. Vending machines and ice machines did not work. Staff on check in appeared untrained.

For the cost of this hotel stay, it wasn’t worth it. From entering the building, the customer service was not well received. The cleanliness of the lobby to the elevators to the hallways to the rooms. Carpets were dirty, cut, and sown with cords. In the hallways, carpets are a tripping hazard. In the room, walls were dirty, mirrors were filthy. Wall carpet falling off wall. Carpet weren’t vacuumed and cleaned. Refrigerator knob broken and refrigerator freezes everything you put in it. In the tight seams of the room and bathroom was hairs, dirt and grimes. Toilet broken, wobbling and leaking from beneath. Tub drain blocked up and bath facet broken-not screwed on but felt off. Hot iron broken and sulfur from iron messed my Jean pant up when ironing. Asked for someone to vacuum and clean mirrors in room and nothing was done. Asked for fresh linens and we didn’t get them right away. Didn’t received a warm welcome and didn’t get much instructions on what amenities that were available to us as your guests for the very first time. It leaves a sour, bitter taste in our mouths and would not recommend this hotel to our friends, families or associates. We were disappointed. So, since we could get out refund back, we bear it out with the intent that we truly can’t wait to leave. I hope something can be done to improve this hotel from the top down and down up. I always stay at Laquinta hotels. This one wasn’t cleaned properly. There was hair all over the bathroom floor when we got there and the toilet made a squealing sound ALL NIGHT long. It wasn’t a quiet one either.

Close to resturants and downtown and easy ride to the city. Easy to get to from the highway. Staff was super friendly and always there to greet you. Plenty of parking.

The bathroom had a broken shelf, the toliet was not easy to flush. Thin walls, one could hear everything in the hallway. The pool was closed.
