Hi curb step. Took nosedive. Came in bleeding. Clerk Helped but only after asked for tissue, could’ve done more, offered more. Could’ve offered some discount. Almost in shock. Just went to room. At least gave me first floor room.

the staff was very friendly, polite, and professional

there was no breakfast, the building is out of date, unsavory hanging in the lobby, dirty, hallways were darker than usual, and dirty. it was a 1 star property.

It wasn’t very clean, the place smelt bad. The lift looked and felt like it was going to break.

Breakfast, breakfast, and bed is OK!

We have the room 302 all the way by exit door. It stinks, it's unbearable, where it come from no idea. We really try not to breath until we are in the room. First day we have no hot water. The light on top of the sink is on and off. Need to fix the sink too, water don't flow.

The room wasn’t that bad but the bed wasn’t also that bad so I don’t really know what I liked about the hotel because it wasn’t that nice for me.

The bed was uncomfortable and I saw two bugs. one in the bathroom and one by the TV. and when I was sleeping I kept hearing weird noises at night which was weird for me. But the air conditioner was working for a little bit then it turned off which is weird and then it started working again for a little bit so I don’t really want to stay there that much but maybe I might just in case if we’re going to an airport or somewhere else.
