Though it does not look that promising from the outside, it was actually a very comfortable place to stay. Fortunately I had a room facing away from the main road, so there was zero noise. The room was likely recently renovated, it was in very good condition and was really comfortable. It came with all the amenities common in the US (e.g. microwave, coffee machine, fridge). The guy at reception made the stay even better, his friendliness and helpfulness was exceptional. At little more than 100 bucks a night, it was great value for money.

No problems whatsoever: got what I paid for, probably even more.

Everything else is great, facility is great staff is nice.

At the end of a long day it’s nice to come and lay down and rest your head. But these pillows give absolutely no support or comfort to the head or neck. The pillows are sink even with two stacked. An important detail to really let a person get a good nights rest.

Staff unfriendly while checking in, stains on sheets, dust behind bed, terrible amenities, tiny bath towels very inappropriately sized, ridiculous fan that must be used with light-not separate controls, clock on bedside table very old and didn’t function, chairs at table ripped up.

The room was very clean. The beds were super comfortable. The bathroom was also very cute and up to date. From the outside of the Motel, it does not seem like much, but the room really exceeded our expectations.

first of all the man at the front desk, Neal was very efficient and accommodating. We love staying at the Crystal lodge when in Ventura. it actually very clean and as been remodeled. definitely will be back.
