Fire alarm 3 am. decided to check employee wasn't too helpful. Guest showed us pic of bed bug in the hotel. " Gross "

Room was ok.

Parking lot full of garbage. Checked in got assigned a room already occupied (embarrassing) . Room we did get needed some attention, edging coming off of furniture. Soap dispensers in shower were all empty. Just not a great impression.

I liked the fact that the hotel had a returant.

The bed was hard and I did not sleep well. It seems like it was a well used bed and was sinking in the middle.

The location of the Hotel is very good. It is near many good restaurants and retail stores. The room was a good size and we had a nice view. Instead of a continental breakfast we were provided with a voucher for a good breakfast in their on site dinning room.

This is a newer Hotel in a high volume sports City. It is showing the wear and tear of rambunctious patrons of all ages. The scratched in graffiti in both elevators was disappointing. The carpeting had been repaired or replaced in many areas. Again, the baggage carts were in bad shape and barely usable.

Bed was comfortable.

Pool was under my room so alot of kids screaming when I was in the room in the evening. Bathroom conditioner dispenser did not work, bathroom was not clean enough (grout, glass on shower) and not enough towels only give you 2. Parking lot needs repair. I almost twisted my ankle due to all the uneven concrete everywhere.

Just not clean. Not recommended.

Dirty shower, carpets and we found a bug on our bedside table.

I don’t really like this place. Its dirty. Beds are uncomfortable. Food in restaurant is hit n miss. My work books our rooms here otherwise I wouldn’t stay here.

Clean the rugs, wash the walls.

All the Staff at the reception and otherwise were very warm and welcoming. Special shoutout to staff: Daman, Simran, Mukul, Sukhneet. Had wonderful interactions with them and they have been of immense help at all times.

location is great facilities are well provided for dining room service while very short staffed provided the best service possible
