Hotel ligt in een nette en veilige wijk. Receptie was vriendelijk en we kregen een mooie rustige kamer. Kamers waren ruim en schoon. Ontbijt was voor Amerikaanse begrippen echt top! Verse aardbeien en blauwe bessen, tortilla's, croissants en ook de gebruikelijke Amerikaanse dingen. Mooie grote ruimte: leuk! Zwembad was rustig en heerlijk na een drukke dag.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the San Jose airport but very quiet. There are seven or so restaurants within walking distance covering variety of food (famous dish dash included!). Breakfast selection is ample. More than hotels at this level.
Price is a bit high but probably worth it.

Kinda out of no where. So no 7-11 near etc. BUT there is star bucks, Chinese n pho and Korean, Indian food right there I can walk to.

The property is in need of some TLC. The pool and hot tub were pretty run down. The room had an overwhelming bleach odor and was very dark.

Extremely disappointed, I received a message from the Hotel informing me that I had benefited from an upgrade, but to my surprise when I went to check-in, I was informed that it was no longer available. I was informed at reception that breakfast would be until 10am, but when I arrived at 09:35 I was informed that breakfast would be until 09:00am. Why send an email message informing you of the upgrade and at check-in, it is no longer available? Why was I informed that breakfast would be until 10:00am?

The suite layout with a kitchen was perfect for long stay. The stove top could be a little bigger as you can comfortably fit only one pot/pan but it was still convenient. Also maybe more cooking utensils that are essential to cooking would be great but I was still able to make it work. The free parking and breakfast was also perfect and a plus.
The unit furniture could be cleaner/newer, they were dusty and musty but that's just the age of it. I'm sure overtime there will be furniture and finish upgrades.

Staff were very helpful. We had no hot water and got a free upgrade to a better suite.
Facilities were very good, everything was clean and well equipped.
Pool area, including the BBQ grille, can't be used after 9pm.
The mattress on the extendable sofa was OK in the first room (foam) but was poor in the second better room (regular springs so you can feel the steel bars when lying down). Wouldn't recommend if you plan to sleep on a sofa.

Great place to stay before flying from SJC - includes 14 days safe parking. Complementary cab to and from SJC is a nice touch. Breakfast was top notch. As SJC has more direct flights, like Tokyo and Guadaljara, we will be back.

Decent but very overpriced place in Santa Clara close to San Jose airport. The room size is impressive and cleanness and breakfast are OK.
The place is entirely forgettable. Also some noise form the AC units on the ground floor. Luckily we were given a room in the 2nd floor so that was ok.
