All of the changes in “policy”. Charging $25/day for parking for guests with 1 vehicle is ridiculous. My booking came with free breakfast for the 4 guests in our room and the hotel told us I’m the rate was only good for 3 people. Even though all 4 guest names were on the reservation when we booked the room. The beds absolutely suck. You need to invest in new mattresses. Those things are at least 10 years old and sag so badly. The staff tried to lie and tell me the parking fee has “always” been that way when we’ve stayed multiple times and had never been charged. And no - there wasn’t a special event happening. All in all - I will most likely never stay there again.

we stayed here is MAY - NON football season. Perfect place to stay to go to California Great America depending on the time of year. You can walk across the parking lot to get to the park entrance. I imagine during football season it is PURE CHAOS here because of the parking situation but if you are there for the game this is the perfect place to stay, the hotel is RIGHT beside the stadium and the amusement park which would be super convenient. The general area was a very safe place to stay as well. Hotel was clean and the staff was very nice

Sehr großes Zimmer mit zwei Doppelbetten - das Highlight war ein großes Sitzfenster, das ich sehr genossen habe. Leider ging der Ausblick nur auf den großen Parkplatz des Levi's Stadions, im Hintergrund konnte man aber die Landschaft sehen. Obendrein war die Bügelstation für einen Geschäftstermin sehr hilfreich.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommene Ausstattung, aber alles zweckmäßig.

The front desk person was rude and unfriendly. The rooms have a smoky smell to the linens. The air-conditioning unit is so loud.
