Close to our office. Power outage at home so needed to book a 2 bedroom quickly. Staff were great.

I liked that it was big enough for my family of 4.

It wasn't very clean and the hot water did not work in the kitchen.

Very quiet and clean area.

The beds were a bit uncomfortable. I reserved a penthouse for my family of 5 months ago and when I checked in the staff informed me that due to inventory issues they didn’t have the penthouse available. They offered two rooms at the same rate as the penthouse but it was a bummer to have to split my family for our stay.

The suites are very spacious! Breakfast was great – honestly one of the better ones I've had. It even included rice, kimchi, and packets of miso soup which was a great surprise. On Friday morning, there was scrambled eggs and bacon. On Saturday morning there were croissant sandwiches, sausage patties, and mixed veggies. Lots of options whether you're a carnivore or vegetarian. The staff was very friendly. Room was clean and had everything you could possibly want: large bathroom, kitchen with microwave, full fridge/freezer, oven, stovetop, dishwasher. There appeared to be about four suites per building which means that there are less chances of having a noisy neighbor. I asked for a quiet room and they accommodated this request. I would definitely stay here again!

The only downside is that the hotel is a bit further away from restaurants and shops. You can see them on the other side of the 101, but there isn't an easy way to get over there such as crossing a bridge. On the plus side, this probably makes the area a bit quieter and safer.

The size of the rooms, the grounds were nice except for one part, the breakfast had a lot of options, and the staff was absolutely wonderful.

There was an open trash bin with a large metal piece sticking out right near the front of the entrance. Really took away from the property since we had to drive by it every day.

- Excellent staff. Incredibly helpful, great attitude, always picked up phone within 2 rings - Solid breakfast for family. Waffles, toast, eggs, yogurt etc - Room was clean and well-equipped including sheets, towels, etc.

- Calling the penthouse a "2 bedroom" is highly deceptive. The 2nd "bedroom" is a loft that overlooks the lower level and there is zero sound (and minimal light) isolation. With young children this would have been a deal-breaker had I known - The stairs inside the unit are steep, unsafe (especially for child; carpeted) and an annoying obstacle each time - They placed us on the 2nd floor, which meant roughly 10 + 10 small outside concrete steps to haul all bags, baby stuff, etc -- both at check-in and every night after touring - Unit was overall dark (lack of natural light) and felt 'cavey' due to positioning in the trees

the bathroom was not cleaned when we arrived and had for towels in the sink. The toliet had remnants of poop in it. The trash can had garbage in it from previous people. there was no toiletries in the bathroom. we were given a handicap room so the bathroom leaked water over half of the floor because it was a shower with no ledge.

Parking. We arrived back after the Taylor Swift concert and no parking available. We had to park at the check in desk but we’re still changes $15 for parking.
