Reservation from Booking.com could not be located. I paid $30 more for reservation thru Doubletree. I notified you & told you DO NOT BILL MY CREDIT CARD! YOU WENT AHEAD & CHARGED MY CARD. I lease return funds to my credit card. I don't want to pay for the same room twice!

The location of the property was good. The architecture and Frank Lloyd Wright inspired interior features were unique and made it stand out from other hotels.

The staff were very unfriendly to the point of rudeness. Both checking in and checking out, different staff members displayed the same unfriendly demeanors - no smiles and not even a “welcome” or “thank you”. Hilton really needs to monitor the customer service at this property and make huge changes.

Close to airport, mall, restaurants. Most importantly the staff accommodated my family when our airline cancelled our flight.

Dirty. We were told by management that they only clean the rooms if you were staying there five days or longer. You have to request your own fresh towels and changing the garbage which they will not do it every day. That means the bathroom during our three days day was never cleaned and our was never made or bedsheets changed. Not to mention the carpets were filthy dirty wet like liquid spilt. I feel that since we went to booking.com that we are given a substandard experience. I don't know it has to do with the pricing but it seems like they were treating us differently. I asked to speak to the manager on a Saturday and was told that he was not available until Monday. It was surprising to me that there was not a manager on site over the weekend at a large hotel. My wife and I have stayed at double trees in Los Angeles and this stay at Tempe Arizona was by far the worst experience at the Doubletree. Will not recommend this property and will not return in the future.

Close to airport convenient shuttle!. Beautiful pool and outdoor area.

After an early morning flight my husband wanted to nap but it was so noisy he couldn’t sleep. There was a lot of work being done by cleaning staff and it sounded like drilling and banging being done. Didn’t bother me though I was by the pool with a good book.

The bathroom and sink we're clogged up. Reception never offered to move us to a different room, more comfortable. The heater was not working it was turning on and off cold and hot. Really horrible room.

The cleanliness of the facility, the efficiency of the cleaning staff, the friendliness of all the workers. Plus its conveniently located to my son’s college.
