It was a great stay. Whenever we travel we stay at Comfort Inn.

Mold in shower, no towels, only 1 pillow for 2 beds Also, we were on the 3rd floor, and the window opened from the bottom, with no screen. It opened way too farand anyone could easily fall out.

Location was good and staff were friendly and helpful

The furniture needs upgrading including some of the breakfast equipment (tea and juice machine). Only saw one cleaning staff on my floor

Breakfast....bed was comfortable...close to resturants...easy access from highway

Room was dated...bottom of mirror in room was ripped off...on third floor, room with ice and vending machines unmarked and door was closed. Employee found it. That area was literally FILTHY.

The property needs some TLC and updating and some repairs. Some of the staff was friendly, however, I booked a handicapped room in advance and upon arrival, they said they had none and would not have one until possibly the 4th & last night of our stay. My mother is in a wheelchair and the last time we stayed there, we had no issues. I had to go buy a raised toilet seat for the first room for her to use. The staff member who checked us in was non-helpful and dismissive of the issue. I did speak to someone on Saturday however and we were able to move that day but took me 1/2 day to pack everything up, move out of one room and back into another, which then had no shower curtain in the roll-in shower, but we didn't want to complain again and make them think we were problems. I had booked a 2nd King room for my friend for 2 nights and she was given a double, but, again, we didn't want to complain.

The bed was horrible. The sheets were wrinkled. The pillows was uncomfortable. The key did not work. Had to go to the front desk and have it reactivated. I had to put plastic on my bed, before lying down . Didn't trust the cleanliness of the bed.
