Size of the room, location, and staff. Very quiet stay! Very relaxing.

Noticed there are many updates needed, but good for the most part. Only other thing I could say is they need to pay attention to deep cleaning. Found really thick dust on all air ducts and grease splattered in many different spots in kitchen. Other than this we had a very nice stay and will be back.

The market was nice

the room smelled weird and you have to pay for breakfast, the lady at the breakfast counter was rude as well.

The reception staff was friendly.

The breakfast sandwiches and out of season apples weren’t not good. The microwave was filthy!!! The tables and chairs not wiped off. Stained cushions. No toilet paper in one of the stalls in the rest room by the workout room.

The room curtains in Room #318 need to be repaired or replaced. They did close all the way because they were off the track and the way the bed was positioned in front of the patio door allowed the light from the hotel across the way shine right on me throughout the night. Made for a very restless night.

Breakfast was canceled, no cook. Disappointing.

The wash cloths were much too rough/stiff for a Marriott class hotel .That disturbed me alot especially for what I paid for the room. There was no shower mat, and not enough shampoo, conditioner and no body lotion. Very poor experience and I would not go back there again

Ending breakfast at 9 am is early for a weekend morning. It would have been nice to be able to sleep a little later.

inquired at booking regarding pool/hot tub availability. confirmed this. we checked in and got situated in room. went to see pool area to see this area was closed for renovations. this was all my friends n I came to do. my friend just lost her husband to covid. very disappointed. we’re told we’d need to go to n Olmsted location. where they knew nothing about us Even coming. we were told things were all set not just go here. it was also the wrong price. they wouldn’t match price I booked for. we called Middleburg hts and a lady went through a “site”n said she got us same price we had. We then noticed charged $60 above price given. so now we were overcharged. We drove an hour to get here, they could’ve at least given us a free night stay for all of the issues.. & the pool here was freezing and hot tub not working properly. The hotel should accommodate us somehow for all the issues. we actually sat in our car n cold trying to find another hotel as well.
