The staff was friendly and spoke English. The facilities were clean. Rooms were updated.

The beds were comfortable and it was right on the beach.
The room smelled of mold and I could see where mold was coming through the paint in the bathroom. Also, free hot breakfast was advertised and all they had was paper bags with granola
bars and cheap honey buns.

The hotel was undergoing renovations but it looked like it needed a lot of that. The room itself was OK but since it was on the oceanfront, it definitely needed a larger doormat inside...the one provided was the size of a placemat and not very good for removing sand from our shoes. The room floor was probably vinyl, not a rug, but still, we didn't like having to leave sand there. There was no rack in the bathroom for towels so they were just piled up on the luggage rack. The bottom of the door in the bathroom looked like it was water damaged. The place was clean, though, no complaints there. Once they finish the renovation work, it should look great. Also, because the breakfast area was closed, they provided "to go" bags in the morning, with 2 prepackaged muffins, a granola bar and a bottle of water. I think the website we made the reservation on should have mentioned the renovation work because I might have bypassed this one if that was the case. Also, when we put the address into our GPS unit, it said the hotel was "permanently closed".....so I called the hotel and was told that was not the case.

beachfront - pool was decent
they insisted they didn’t get our payment but showed proof of it on our banking app then spent 2 hours on the phone with the bank because the front desk staff screwed up when checking us in. even the manger the next morning wasn’t helpful in resolving the issue. under construction- it is absolutely filthy with noise and debris and the room we were in was not like the pictures online - the entire building is a different color and is misrepresented online.

The room floor was full of sand when we got up there and so was the beds like the beds where not changed. and the floors where not sweep. I own my own cleaning business and if my cleaners left one of my house like this they would be fired .

Because of the price or expectations were not very high. The place is very nice for an older beachfront hotel.

It was ok. they did not have the hot breakfast I was planning on having, just bananas and oatmeal packets and grab bag and sandwiches in frig.
that I booked a family room and it was in the corner behind the stair cases and a palm tree blocking alot of my view, and I had 2 doors going to more room and 1 I could not get in or out off because it was blocked by frig. and a/c units. that is a fire hazard. and i had kids with me

Beds were comfortable, TVs large. It was a suite room that I did not request. But gave us additional space. Furnishings were excellent. View was beautiful.
The shower head was loose about to fall out. The sink in kitchen was not solidly attached - we could move it. Had to call someone to fix GFI which wouldn't flip off.
Obvious the property is going through extensive renovations. Entry door was confusing. The side where we stayed was supported by braces on all floors - a bit worrisome. Better not think about what might happen.

We were very pleased with our room and the staff. The room was updated from the pictures we saw online and very nice.The beds were super comfy and the beach view was wonderful. I really liked the laminate flooring instead of carpet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back.

Met the owner and he was very personable. He seemed to me that he wanted to make improvements to the property his number one concern. The view and access to the beach is amazing. The pool and outside patio with BBQ grills and sun umbrella are right on the edge of the beach.
Parking was a little tight for large size cars but manageable.

Quality Inn was located right on the front beach and the view was beautiful. Additionally, the proximity to restaurants and other amenities was very good. Finally, we would like to return once all of the renovations have been completed.
The organization of the facility could have been better, even with the renovations on going. Additionally, the parking area was adequate for our vehicle, but the parking area is too small for full-size sedans or pickup trucks.

Location great, view of the ocean excellent.
hot water was tepid, not informed of construction at site and all levels had jacks floor to ceiling. Bag breakfast due to construction or covid fruit had to be asked for. Did not like smoking container on decks outside our room so we could smell the smoke.
