Room was very comfortable and clean, love that we have laundry facilities in our room. Pool area is very large and has putt putt, basketball court, shuffleboard and more!

There was no housekeeping during our stay, we had to exchange towels at the front desk which was in another building, however the process was easy and quick. Housekeeping would have been an additional cost.

Location was lovely.

we were given an awful room. no windows other than a high wall window and a window that looked into a roof and a wall. the room was next to the elevator which was loud and had an adjoining room occupied by very loud guests. Also this is a time share community and you will be pressured to attend a sales presentation.

This place was absolutely fabulous, the staff was very very friendly and accommodating,the room was very clean and the view from the balcony was absolutely magnificent every morning and evening!! The pool area was very big and had plenty of tables and umbrellas to accommodate everybody and they had quite a few activities going on each day! It is our new go-to place when we want to get away for rest and relaxation!!

The fact that they DAMAGED my truck, they were very rude and did not offer any help to contact management when asked and put a pregnant lady out on the street.

The beach was beautiful. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Other owners welcomed us. Our room was spacious with a great view.. Parking is a slight problem but we didn't leave very often. Love the full kitchen and grilling options. Can't wait to return.

It would be nice if there was a food option on the property.. If you left in the evening there may not be parking when you get back.

I liked the resort layout and the room . It was nice having a dishwasher as well as a washer and dryer.

I didn’t like the parking . Some people were parking that wasn’t actually staying there . I believe parking needs expanded some way . Maybe give assigned parking, limit the amount of vehicles people can have per stay . I’d like there to be more entrances to the beach . Or make the one entrance to the beach be the entrance way and add an exit entrance to the other side . And I’d really like it if there would of been a lazy river.

Love the Tiki Bar and all the fun stuff they do. The pool deck and it’s surroundings are really nice and lots of room. Easy access to the beach and great little restaurants across the street in the strip!

Pool closes at dusk and the Tiki Bar closes too early as well.

Location very convenient to restaurants, pharmacies, shopping. Right on the beach.

Parking is absolutely horrible and the timeshare representative and manager were very rude to me I paid over $500 to take my daughter on vacation for her birthday to be directly facing the beach, first off the pictures of the room online were straight facing ormond beach, my room was on the side of the building limited beach view and more of the street, took 90 minutes out of my time to sit for a timeshare presentation because I was called in my room and approached and I was was interested how the whole timeshare thing worked and any updates to the program and was told I would get a $50 check and some other vouchers and I tell them I wouldn't buy and I got treated horribly got told I didn't fully participate so I wouldn't get my "gifts" I fell inlove with this place a year ago when I first went there and now because of that I would think twice about going back

cleanliness of room the bathroom ceiling vent was full of dust,the toaster did not work,dishwasher was full of rust and all night long was very noisy
