The Continental breakfast was a small stale muffin, banana, small apple and small yogurt with machine coffee.

I stayed here when the place was brand new it needs some love the salt air is beating it up and it shows I also wish they wouldn’t allow people to smoke weed in the rooms. I was getting a contact high walking to the pool

Rooms are not as nice as they used to be. Broken lock on upper door. Rooms show wear and tear.

Breakfast was limited but ok. Great coffee machine. Loved the morning lattes. Staff extremely helpful.

Room was dated and cushions on chairs filthy. (I would not sit on them.) Other parts of room were clean. Had issues with lock on door. Staff said they were being replaced soon. Did not like having to park across the street at night being by myself. Hole in my door to my room and could see 2” under the door to the outside.

Lumpy pillows. Several times theŕe was no housekeeping. We had a kitchen but no equipment and had to purchase some.

Several maintenance issues, which I reported upon check in, were never addressed. I was told at check out that they would require more in depth work. We were there a week. The room was very small, and altho it had a mini kitchen, there were no supplies in the kitchen area: no kitchen towels, paper towels, nothing except a small bottle of dish soap. I asked the front desk for a pan and spatula, and got a tub of kitchen stuff; pans, silverware, and a dish drainer. Fortunately, I already had what I needed to get by. I returned the tub because I was concerned they did not trust customers with their stuff. Design of the room, and especially the bathroom was inefficient. One towel hook for a room that could hold 4 people. Designer shelves that held nothing much, and no place for toiletries.

Staff was great, room needed fresh paint, new microwave, was rusted out. Bathroom was new and very nice, need to bring rest of room to that level. Again staff was very helpful and professional.

The courtyard is beautiful. No rubbish hanging around. Everything was organized outside and inside the rooms. Easy access to the beach. Front service personnel and maintenance were very pleasant and friendly. It's a good peaceful spot in Ormond Beach.

Starting to show signs of deterioration and corrosion stains. It's not an appealing look granted that the coast was battled by two recent hurricanes, and sea water must have been an issue. Hopefully, it can be addressed so it doesn't fall short. The headboard is made out of fabric and was very dusty. Had problems with flushing of toilet. I don't know if it was a new toilet tank system to conserve water or the plumbing itself. It was addressed by maintenance but had the problem again.

The elevator was not working the whole 8 days we were there.

We stay here during our birthday "weekend" every year..& yes; the rooms & the facility need to be maintained better.. & updated & painted. The pool is not heated, but we were still in the warm daytime sun si that's fine; BUT young children should NOT be in the hot tub! Other than a few small cosmetic issues, this hotel/motel is great, very accommodating, polite staff!

I wish they had a proper comforter. & better quality lamps & 🥶🥵🥶🥵 The A/C is freezing on 1 side & Warm on the other side. We stay here because we like the quiet environment
