There is no free breakfast. We went to Tim Hortons

Parking was 10$ a nite. Traffic sounds could be heard in the nite.

The noise in the bedroom from the air handling was awful, over 50 decibels all night. Contacted the hotel and they couldnt do anything, We couldnt sleep, terrible night.

The room was spacious, and clean. The beds were comfortable.

The sink in the bathroom was clogged, the water did no go down. The front desk personel wasn’t very welcoming or helpful. I booked a „breakfast included” rate but I got a voucher showing „$16.30 per person”. When asked why is that and that I supposed to have the breakfast included in my rate, I was told „yes it is included”. So I thought it was all good. Next day morning when I went down to the restaurant I was told that only the $16 can be used towards my meal. So I went back to the front desk and asked again. They referred me to the supervisor. The supervisor then told me that this is the way it is. The „breakfast included” rate de facto is the $16 per person allowance. Which seems to be misleading and simply not fair. And yes, this time I booked the room through the third party (booking.com) but I was told that it would be exactly the same if I booked it directly…. Also, the breakfast wasn’t good at all - I got my eggs the opposite way to how I ordered them and my child’s pancakes were half raw!!! The waitress made all the notes and was very nice and was trying to make it right as it wasn’t her fault!

Breakfast was very good! The hotel staff was very helpful! In response to our request, a young man from Maintenance came up to help us move our many suitcases out to our car in the morning. I don't remember his name, but he was very friendly and gave us excellent service!

The restaurant at dinner was very noisy. There were lots of people, but some separation barriers or sound baffling to provide a quieter section would help to improve things for those of us who were looking for a quieter meal and didn't want to be at a loud party. (The bar was even noisier.)

Excellent staff and check in process. They were very accommodating with early and late check outs. Food and drinks were fine at on site restaurant.

Aircon a bit loud but that’s those types of systems.

Great location with quality service. It’s right across from the to the airport.
