Breakfast was good, was close to my location for the evening. All went well.

Bathroom vent is a jet engine that cannot be turned off. Sound damped when the bathroom door is closed, but need to fix that.

In our room #403 the water in the sink went down real slow. Plumbing issues.

Didn't like the gentle man who was watching the desk in the middle of the night. He made me extremely uncomfortable when I went out to smoke, and then when I came back in, he waited for me to walk by and then got up from behind the desk to watch me walk. Very nerve-racking.

cold coffee snd breakfast breakfast choices poor first room had NO shade or curtain despite my being in first floor another member of our group had door lock quit working. the repair took so long I had to get taxi to airport as she had no access her room to get her bags snd car key night clerk argued with me about my reservation which was in my name with my credit card. he asked to see my husbands id my husband did not make this trip is this enough?

Long road trips can be tiring and frustrating. That is why when I stopped at this hotel on a long road trip, I was very happy with how friendly the staff is, and the free breakfast provided in the morning.

I’d recommend doing a once over on all the sheets, and potentially throw some out and get new ones. My bed sheets distinctly smelled like pee which wasn’t great. Still happy with the friendly staff and bed to sleep on.

Room was clean and comfortable.

To noisy, no food or cold breakfast (8:45 am) kitchen staff to busy on phone (private) flirting with other staff. Took 3 people to ask for coffee before someone else brought it out 1/2 houre later .

The hotel needs updating to be in the same class of hospitality and look with other Hampton Inns that I have stayed at. The breakfast was not as good either…no fresh fruit and the food was t replenished if you were there later in the serving time. The ice machine on my floor wasn’t working and they kept the door open to the supply room which was noisy and across from the room I was staying in.

Nice and convenient. Clean, comfortable and affordable.

Breakfast options limited but overall pretty good if you are on the go.

I like the environment where the hotel is located. Also the neatness of the bedroom.

One of the guys at the front desk was not friendly. Hope he adjust his behavior for the sake of the business.ré

The girl at the front desk was very polite aninefficient. Made you feel welcome.
