Payment still pending, Why? Pool area closed

Hot tub was not working, pool looked dirty and handicapped lift was rusted. No lifeguard. Downstairs cafe staff wasn't hospitable. Not accommodating. Food too expensive.

Didn’t have any breakfast at this location.

The housekeeper guy knocked on my door. Way to early in the morning especially with checkout being at noon. I was still asleep I still had 3 hours left in room I was so upset. I informed him check out is at noon why are you banging on my room door this early. He didn’t apologize he said doing my checks I was so upset…

The customer service was wonderful! Checking & checking out was no issue. Aside from my name & number of guests being completely incorrect. I even left things behind after checking out and the staff (Momica)secured my personal items until I could pick them up the next day.

BOOKING.COM had my reservation incorrect. Wrong name, incorrect number of people, no true confirmation number that tied to the hotel. Only a confirmation for Booking.com. I was not able to use my credit card only my PayPal acct would go thru. I recieved an email after this letting me know that this was only if the hotel had room weeks after & basically taking my cash immediately. Thankfully, the hotel had my room available. I will be hesitant to use Booking.com in the future. Unfortunately, we have several trips we will be taking over the next year & a half around rhe world.

Honestly, the lobby seemed to be the best feature of the hotel. Lots of comfortable seating and good natural light, but how much time does one spend in the hotel lobby?

The parking lot was not under surveillance and as we had a lot of luggage in the car, it felt a bit precarious leaving it there overnight. The toiletries were very sparse. just shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner, but no lotion, shower cap Q-tips, or slippers for the room. The bathroom was not well cleaned- there were visible dirt marks along the shower and on the bathroom floor. Also, the shower door kept sliding open no matter how much we tried to keep it shut, we had to stuff a shoe in the part where the door overlapped for it to stay closed, which was very cumbersome. The mattress was comfortable, but the feet were elevated and I felt it made the blood rush to my head, I had to switch and sleep with my head at the foot of the bed. The TV was hard to watch from the bed because of the angle at which it was positioned. The breakfast was just bizarre. It was sort of a Starbucks breakfast because there was indeed a Starbucks counter, but none of the Starbucks drink options were available and there was nothing dairy-free to choose from. Just 3 breakfast options all containing cheese or bacon or both, both of which we do not eat. I think that should be mentioned as typically hotel breakfast has egg dishes that do not contain dairy, or at least boiled eggs, toast, and jam. This breakfast was really not great.

The staff was amazing. Very friendly and accomodating.

The only negative thing I can say about this place is that the hot tub was under repair when I visited. That, of course, is nobody's fault... just bad timing. It would have been nice though!
