Nice floor plan can be used much better if there is a quality management!
No breakfast included!
If you miss the breakfast time to order, you have to be punished for a while, they don’t serve anything from the menu until restaurant reopens couple hours later!
You can’t even order a hot coffee!
Not a real Starbucks on site, just a licensed shop and they also close at 11:00 am, isn’t Funny!??
No kettle or microwave even in the premium rooms.
No free parking!
No free wifi in the rooms
Low water pressure in shower head !
Small pool compared to the hotel building and capacity!
Same for hot tub!
A very Tiny fridge in the room!
2 small water bottles in the room
are not complimentary. They charge you $4 bucks each!
Booking needs to update the information about this hotel because I asked them for the $36 dinner buffet as booking describes, they have no clue about it!
No dinner buffet provided!

The location was close to the tournament that our teams played in. It was also close enough to see the Disney fireworks show from our room. The warm cookies are also a plus. The room was clean but the shower/bath was not.
You have to pay for EVERYTHING! Paying for parking is ridiculous. There were a few private events taking place during our stay and clogged up the parking and the in and out of the lot. The out gate was broken so parking for them was essentially free. Meanwhile, guests of the hotel had to circle the lots a few times looking for a parking spot and charged $30/day. I also didn't like that the staff does not do their due diligence in looking for the Hilton Honors status. I received none of the benefits and everytime I ask, there's a different excuse. Which makes being a member pointless. We couldn't hang out in the common area after a certain time to eat as a group and had to find somewhere off to the side and be subject to loud music and cheering coming from a party that was taking place in the same area we were told to sit.

The proximity to Disneyland is very good - about 10 minutes away. Also, only 15 minutes from John Wayne Airport.
Valet parking, a nice restaurant and bar, as well as a Starbucks.
The rooms are very basic - on par with a 2 or 3 star hotel. Beds are average in comfortability. Walls are thin. Decor and theme are a bit dated. Elevators need more maintenance.
Staff miscommunications lead to no housekeeping and no parking access for half of our stay. Trash cans throughout the hotel were rarely emptied. Trash was overflowing from them.
The hotel is located immediately next to a hospital, so sirens can be heard at all hours of the day and night. We were woken up constantly due to the noise.

Parking was convenient. Location is great.
We requested for daily room cleaning and towel supply but was done only on the first day.
Cabinets were damaged-hinges were off and would not close.
Floor carpet was worn out and dirty.
Trash was not taken out daily.

Housekeepers Margarita and Olga.
Bedding was dirty, not enough towels. When we left for the day to Disneyland they did not clean up. We left privacy note out accidentally, but nobody called to verify. Clerk knew we left for the day. We requested bedding changed at midnight when we returned. Night desk person forgot to call housekeeping. Also didnt tell them what was requested. Horrible service, couldn't get ahold of front desk, restaurant for in room service. Had to call 3 times to get any assistance. Only 1 clerk at desk helpfu. Sorry, i forgot her name. l.They had a homeless man steal drinks because nobody was watching snack shop. New guy at desk was clueless and no idea how to handle situation.

The staff were really great. They were always friendly and helpful. I had an issue registering to use the laundry machines as needed a US phone number to upload the app, and the manager gave me his phone number to use which allowed me to get the OTP to sign in. The location was fine as it was near to many places we needed to visit
There was no refrigerator in our room. The hotel had limited numbers available, and I got the impression our daily requests were overlooked, and when we followed up on several occasions later in the day, were told none were available. We therefore needed to use ice buckets to try and keep certain items cold but it wasn't great. For an international hotel chain this was very disappointing. Also, the rooms were a great size and the bathrooms were great, however the hotel was showing signs of age and there were renovations being undertake, which meant we were often awoken by construction sounds on the floor above early each morning.

Close to disneyland. Comfortable beds.
Rude staff at check-in! This is not something I expected after driving 7 hrs. The valet made us feel like we had inconvenienced them asking for a luggage cart. They had a hard time finding one and then told us to bring it back down after we were done with it (we were on the 10th floor). The rooms felt humid/muggy/stuffy. We paid extra for a room with a fridge and microwave. That was a joke. This is something that should be standard. They weren't even that great, and the freezer leaked over everything in the fridge. The shower needs a slip mat for safety purposes; it is very slippery. Paying for parking was also a joke; an additional $28/day for an already overpriced hotel. Would not stay here again as price vs. experience wasn't worth it to me. I've stayed in less "fancy" hotels for a better price and felt more welcomed.

The location was very convenient, close to major attractions and near freeway. I especially enjoyed the bar in the lobby and the outdoor garden with fireplaces lit up at night. Helped to unwind after a long day of activities.
The sound insulation wasn't adequate, and even though I had a room at the end with only one adjacent room, I could still hear all the plumbing noises at night. Other than that, I was assuming an in room refrigerator for the type of hotel, so that was a little disappointing.

Nothing at all
The staff here very rude, not happy with my room. They didn’t tell you when they were going under a remodel and book a room that I had a bad experience in. and when I went to complain about the Fossett, I waited over two hours nobody ever showed up the phone line didn’t work for me to call front Dess. I had to go down there and I waited another 10 minutes. They called me and tell me that I have to disturb sign so they could knock on the door and, of course I let them in and they said they would have to tear everything up just to fix the problem. What it was about for me to check out I want to talk to the manager. She would not give me a discount. She offered me a muffin and drink
