Very nice place , away from traffic and street noise , staff was very welcoming and nice ! Room was clean and comfy !

under construction and I was not notified. I asked about staying at Ayres spa & Bar and told I could not.

I liked the warmth with the Christmas tree and fireplace roaring as we walked in on a cold and rainy night. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The suites were spacious, clean and comfortable. I especially was grateful that they allow pets!! The breakfast is the real deal and you have a selection of yogurt, potatoes, bacon, sausages, eggs, bagels, breads, juices etc! If you went out to breakfast for two persons, you just saved yourselves 35-40$ ! Will definitely rebook with Ayres Hotel!

well everything was great! I would only suggest that the pet deposit be based on # of nights and not a flat rate. I paid 75$ for my small pet for one night. The flat rate deposit is based on your entire stay so if you stay 5 nights it’s the same as 1 night.

it was a very nice property.

The location was far away from most things. the shower didn’t have a lot of pressure.

Asked for handicap room when I made the reservation, but didn’t get one.

The bed I slept in had a spring that kept digging into my rib cage. I was in a lot of pain by the third day.

No steamers available and the ironing boards need new toppers. Left marks on my clothes due to no padding.

Breakfast offerings were very good. There was something for everyone. Server was friendly and accommodating. It's a good value, and I like that it's included in the room rate.

Would have liked a couple of bottles of water in our refrigerator upon arrival.

Breakfast ended kinda early would’ve been nice if it stayed open until 10:00 so we could sleep in on our vaca.

I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The rooms were comfortable and I enjoyed having the option of using a ceiling fan, air conditioner or both.

Bar area in room was messy as a previous guest's trash was strewn about. Some of that trash included wrappers from the complimentary coffee, which hadn't been fully restocked. TV needed to be "switched" to cable each time it was turned on from off. Drawers under the tv were dirty.
