The breakfast was good and the staff courteous and helpful.
The room was much smaller than expected, but we managed. The "sofa" did not fold out into a bed. The toilet seat shifted and made a noise like it was breaking if you leaned to the left. The sliding bathroom door with the latch in the middle was awful! The refrigerator did not have a freezer.

The room smelled like smoke. It needs to be painted. The bathroom had water damage, cracked floor tiles and a stained bathtub. The TV only had one working channel.

Loved the *staff* !! The pool was great. Conventionally located for two red rocks concerts and Golden. Breakfast was good each day.
The room was comfortable but needed maintenance. The closet and bathroom doors were off their tracks and couldn't close. The room was dark, and blinds were messed up.

The pull-out bed had a pee stain on it when I called for a new one they did not seem to care, I could not use any of my discounts there, military, AARP or senior.... UGH

Self serve with 1 attendant/chef. Lots of good breakfast choices.
No explanation about how to use dining room/kitchen area. One desk attendant spoke rudely and acted irretrable when a question was asked which was unacceptable. All others helpful and congenial.

It was close to Red Rocks and great places to eat. bed was comfortable.
It looked like there had just been a flood and there were fans all in our hallway which we were unaware about. No one mentioned or apologized for the loud fans so made us worry if the room was in okay condition. Also didn’t know there was breakfast served in the morning. Also was charged for parking which we were unaware about.

proximity to Red Rocks.
Hotel flooded prior to our arrival complicating book in. little to no amenities around property for dining and entertainment. Bathroom vanity was missing mounding and the shower caulk was failing and appeared to have mold. Got charged $8 a day for parking (hidden charge only found after looking over the listing more closely) Hotel staff never verified I had a vehicle so why wasn’t this charge billed up front when I pre paid for the stay?
