Nothing it was nasty and there were bedbugs

There were bedbugs and I’m pregnant so i couldn’t risk staying there and they offered no type of reimbursement

The location suited my needs and is the main reason I picked this property. I also read the reviews on your sight which I now believe were probably fake reviews. The breakfast was awful

The property did not clean my room or replace my dirty towels or dump the trash during my entire 5 night stay. Every night I had to go to the front desk to get fresh towels. The water pressure in the shower was almost non-existent. They said the cleaning policy is once every 3 days.

This hotel look nice from the pictures we seen online.

unfortunately they have to many problems we first got here they gave us a used room. Then the second room they gave us one side of the air conditioner didn’t work, and then the toilet went completely out. So they moved us to room three, and then the left side of the room power went out.Not to mention every time we go downstairs, we have to run up eight flights because the elevator is broken

Everything is amazing! The manger always welcomes me with smiles and happiness. It’s always clean and is a friendly environment.

The toilets don’t flush well

Faucet in shower was leaking, elevator was broken and we got stuck in it briefly, beds were not comfortable and pillows were too hard.

really looked like hotels I have stayed at in Third World countries. Dated looking, old interior. Run down looking hallways, pool was neglected and half full. Hasn’t been updated/remodeled in decades. Decent part of town with easy access to the freeway. Not noisy other than guests who talked loud late at night. got the feeling that may be several lowlifes were living there full-time. Sketchy vibe.

Pool area was old and outdated. Elevator needs to be serviced, breakfast needs a major upgrade. Not everyone eats eggs and pork sausage Pattie’s that are microwaved and over cooked.
