The cleanliness and the staff was very nice.
I loved the extra touch in the room with the towels on the bed, the paper towels in the kitchenette and the tissue in the bathroom.
Rented the room for my daughter to celebrate with her friends for her birthday. She was so happy.
The pool was her favorite.

The hotel was located in a suitable location where the amenities were concentrated and the noise was low because it was far from the road.
The front guide. I'm not saying it was rude, but I want them to speak slowly for foreigner. The scrambled eggs for breakfast were so full of eggshells that I couldn't eat them. Other than that, it was fine.

Pool policy was horrendous, don’t advertise or list an amenity unless you are open about the limited availability due to your reservation policy.
We paid for a suite for 4 people and consistently only got 3 towels and had to go the front desk to ask for a fourth towel daily.
The kitchen had bare minimum for 4 people and it says the suite could technically sleep 6. Are two people just not going to have plates and glasses to use?
Pool and hot tub policy was horrible. No where when booking, on their websites or in any emails received dud it tell you that there are COVID policies in place for the pool only allowing your family/group to go into the pool if you have reserved it. No reservation=no pool time for your family. It’s a very odd policy as masks were no longer required at the hotel and you could go into the fitness center without a mask but the pool you had to have a reservation and could only go during that reserve time frame.

Best hotel we’ve stayed at on our road trip so far! Room was spacious with its mini kitchen. Essential when road tripping with two little kids. The breakfast was excellent. Dinner provided was ok. Pool/hot tub time had to be scheduled which is ok because at least it’s accessible. TVs had internet for watching YouTube which was great!

The room was spacious and modern with new furniture and an amazingly comfortable bed! It also allows privacy since the room has a living room with a sofa bed, TV, sink. refrigerator, etc. The bedroom itself is also very spacious and has a closet with an ironing board as well as an iron. The bed was a king size and as I mentioned before it was very comfortable. Having been on 4th floor our view of the area was spectacular, and I'm sure the higher floors have an incredible view as well, perhaps even better, but I have no complaints.
The entire suite was very clean! The staff were attentive and efficient -with a smile on their face:-) Their brunch breakfast leaves nothing to be desired, it is freshly made and replenished as needed - the kitchen staff are extremely well organized!
The hotel all and all is very well taken care of and clean, plus it is conveniently located and very close to where restaurants, shops, pubs, bars are abundant.
