Nice big rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good.

Wasn’t clear when booking but there is no pool only a hot tub which wasn’t great with young children.

Breakfast okay, but no fruit! Apples do not count. Waffel batter was terrible, it was cake batter. Front desk staff were friendly.

Toilets are too low. Why are "disabled guests" put on the fourth floor? In case of fire use the stairs! IMPOSSIBLE. Air condioners, we had two rooms, did not respond to the wall controls. NO TUB! very disappointing. ON line booking info should indicate... very small Walk-IN showers.

Comfortable bed

The late check in from a group of people on a charter bus. Our room wondow was right in front of the hotel room.

There was no breakfast available. Went down at 8:30 and nobody could bother to restock the breakfast. No silverware available.

Tiffany at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was good.

First room we got was very stinky and there was unknown stains on the bed skirts. We were pretty grossed out. But Tiffany was awesome, she found us a new room that suited our needs much better.
