This is a great hotel about a 10 minute walk from the Space Needle and also about 10 minutes from Westlake Center. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. At night, we found nearby restaurants and felt safe walking in the area.

The breakfast was okay but much of it consists of over-salted frozen breakfast burritos and the like. It was nice to see some yogurt and a few other options but would have preferred more fruits and vegetables.

Everything. From the check in process with friendly staff, to the clean room, clean bathroom , to the hot breakfast fully stocked & to the checkout process. I appreciated everything, staff went above & beyond to allow my stay to meet my expectations. Very happy!

The ambiance was great it feels like home.

The rooms are smaller compared to other hotels I have stayed.

The room was nicer than expected. I don’t have high expectations for La Quinta hotels but this one was better than the last time I stayed in one.

Price was high (but it was a bit xtra high due to Taylor Swift concert weekend). Tv was over complicated and I’m usually pretty tech savvy. Was told I could park for free in a parking garage nearby and was charged for parking.

Really great location; walking distance to most tourist attractions. Some of the staff we came across were very friendly. The breakfast was decent, but no fresh hot options (only processed, microwave food for hot options).

The bathroom could have been cleaner and could do with a spray of mildew/mould remover!

Very clean. Quiet the first morning. Parking was affordable.

Jacked up prices for the Taylor swift concert. Parking was too small and stressful. Housekeeping was really loud outside our door the second morning from 8am on. We could hear them outside our room. They actually had to move their cart just for me to get back in the room after grabbing breakfast. And when leaving the room the second morning at 9:45 they approached us asking if we were checking out, like we were a burden on their time, even though we paid for the room. It made us feel like we were late getting out of the room even though checkout was 11 am.

While the building is a bit worn the staff were extremely kind and knowledgeable. It was clean. It is in a great location. We felt safe in the neighborhood.

There was a slight dog smell in the second floor hallway.

Dave was the best person in the hospitality industry I have ever met. I hope he is paid well. He remembers guests and checked in with us when he saw us. The beds were comfortable as well.

Breakfast could have had more choice but more personal choice.

8 am staff chatter on Saturday morning and 8am power washing on Sunday morning. Not nice!

great location, quiet

The location is great near the Space Needle, the Spheres and restaurants. The breakfast has a variety of food and the room was clean. I liked this hotel.

I don’t know if it was because our room was in a corner but the WiFi wasn’t great. However, it was fast at the breakfast room.

Good location and nice convenient breakfast.

Facilities very outdated. Paid a security deposit on arrival and told this would be returned the same day after checking out - have not yet received this and the hotel is not replying to messages regarding this.
