Location was great you could walk to many places (Space Needle,shopping)&also bus stop right by hotel to go where you wanted .The room was great had fridge,microwave,coffee machine&snacks.Yes there is homeless ppl near by,but was not bother by any while waiting for bus where mostly hang out by the grocery store.Also went on 2rd Ave&saw many restaurant's.The front desk ppl all of them were very nice&helpful on giving directions on anything I ask.

Actually all was good no complaints.

Checkin staff was extremely helpful and recommended a terrific coffee shop nearby for morning espresso. We were there for a concert at Climate Pledge Arena and the walk was easy. Also, the rooftop patio was fantastic and a great place to meet some of our fellow concert-goers!

the staff was attentive and warm. the coffee in the lobby was tasty and a nice way to start the day. my room was quiet and adequate size.

my bed was comfortable but I wish they had softer pillows.

Had a city view room and I did not like that opening the curtain exposed my whole room to the street outside, I like waking up with natural light

it was clean in the room, the roof view is awesome

it was very noisy and we couldn't sleep. Better to stay in the rooms not next to the street. parking is just open space and near the dog park not in safest area.

Clean and quiet, fine size, good bed, nice location for my needs. Nothing spectacular but all very serviceable and I would stay again. It's an easy walk down to the waterfront, the Olympic Sculpture Park and Myrtle Edwards Park and beyond, with lots of good food, drink and coffee options nearby.

Hotel setup is weird for interior courtyard rooms, which look across a narrow courtyard into other hotel rooms. If you want privacy you have to close the shades and forgo natural light. Not a huge issue but since I was in the room working during the day I noticed this. My particular room was fine with no one in the rooms across the way, or they had their shades drawn, but I would not have wanted to sit and work for hours with the room right across from me occupied with people looking in mine. Unfortunately many of the rooms on the street overlook the dog park that is also a gathering place for local sheltered and unsheltered folks - also not the greatest for spending daylight hours in the room since the hotel doesn't have many floors and you are pretty close to the street. I had one of these first and moved due to the noise of the housekeeping supply room across the hall where the door banged in the frame every few seconds (while closed) due to air movement in the hallway when the courtyard window was open. It's nice to have a sink and microwave, but you have to ask for plates and silverware and there is no sponge or dishsoap provided so you can't clean up your own dishes.
