The overnight shift receptionist was warm and friendly.
Obesed sized cockroaches all over the place, the room was not as it appeared online, white sheets appeared yellow due to stains, the Wi-Fi did not work for more than half of my stay… and when it did it was turtle slow, people smoking marijuana and cigarettes so much that it penetrates the thin walls of the hotel. The location was ghetto and had a large presence of drug dealing and drug buying. The owner of the hotel raised the prices of the hotel daily, sometimes by more than $40 dollars with not activities going on in the city. It really was a bad experience and so not worth the amount of money charged per night.

Needs a remodeling
Everything AC wasn't working
2.0
NOTHING. Everything was horrible. NEVER AGAIN.
i HATED everything. None of the lamps worked. The microwave didn't work. The bathroom was hot and the toilet was loose, also came across the biggest cockroach I've ever seen in my whole life. The Tv sucked. the bed was harder than the floor. The sink was down to my knees. It smelled like a dumpster and cigarettes. It was so bad my boyfriend and i decided to leave early and go somewhere else. Also the lady at the front desk was not friendly at all.

It was close to the airport.
The wifi didn’t work, our keys didn’t work, the AC was in a weird place and it was not very effective, there were no cups or coffee maker, and only one trash can.

Absolutely nothing, was a complete dump. I mean you could make it a horror movie set where a murderer keeps his victims body parts in the fridge or something. But overall nothing redeeming.
At this point, there are too many things to list. It was like I was living in Chiraq.

the price and it was very close to the airport.
it was adequate for 4 hours of sleep after the flight was cancelled.

nothing
non smoking room smelled like smoke.
The pool was filthy. Room was not ready.

Nothing. I want my money back that place was DISGUSTING.
A/C didn't work and didn't cool down the room. I had to bring in a box fan just to get somewhat cool. There were GINORMOUS ROACHES, that I had to kill. We had a little roach graveyard by the end of our one night stay. It's the most disgusting and overpriced piece of garbage hotel I've ever stayed at. I've seen nicer homeless camps. The bathroom had a weird smell and the door didn't close all the way also the shower pipes sounded like a mouse was in the room. I'm surprised this place is legally allowed to stay open.

The location
first the rooms are not what they show you in the photos, second the staff is not that nice, and last everything was not clean. The bed sheets seem like someone put their cigars there and smell bad.

Breakfast was coffee tea or juice
This location needs a lot of love it is very old
I will say there was quite a few workers present and working
My room was comfortable and clean and close to airport
2.0
Convenient to airport. Staff helpful with parking while parking lot under repair or construction.
Even a plastic glass would make it possible to drink some water.
Workmen using power saws at 7 am was a little disruptive to sleep.
I guess it is high season (April) for Phoenix, and it is close to airport, but $135 a bit much for the quality of stay.

I liked the spacious rooms.
The bathroom was outdated and smelled liked the toilet was clogged for two days.
I also did not receive service. The staff was ok but not very joyous.

No breakfast, barely coffee.
Nothing was nice. Everything could have been better.

It was absolutely gross, if we didn’t check in at 1am I would have gotten a refund and stayed elsewhere.

Nothing
people doing drugs in the parking lot in their cars, other occupants in and out of rooms, slamming doors, the homeless person sleeping in the truck bed if my rental at 4 am or the moldy smell of the lobby and rooms.

The property was close to the Airport and local transportation bus line was easy to navigate.
The room was not clean at all! There was lots of hair In the shower, bathroom and counters. I was so disgusted I couldn’t take a shower. The property did not seem kept up. For example , there was a rusting toilet paper holder, and toilet had a hard time flushing. There was general dirt build up in the corners of the room. The bed squeaked loudly when getting off it and I’m a small person. There was more but those bothered me the most.
