This is my third visit to the property. It’s clean, it’s super comfortable, and most importantly my son loves to visit.

The water park was different and fun for my child.

The bartenders by the pool were not even attentive

Loved the location and things to do

Loud neighbor, u could hear everything next door, so hope they are respectful because the people next to us were not!

The kids activities and all the things they have to keep them occupied.

Elevator stop working the night before we had to leave.

It was fun Resort. Great of family outings. Fun pool areas and water park. And really spacious rooms. And the fact that the pools were open till 11pm. Overall my family enjoyed our mini stay.

The pools kept closing due to the weather warnings but other than that it was great.

Staff was amazing. They upgraded us for free to larger room and gave use more passes for the pool. Free paddle boats were fun as well as the mini golf. Big pool is fun and pool food was great.

We couldn’t use the patio because of the weed smoke. Also the big pool was way too crowded. Not enough chairs or shade.

O quarto era completo, com utensílios de cozinha, lavanderia, bem conservado, sem carpete.

Por ser quarto conjugado ( não usamos) dava para escutar os outros hóspedes (barulhentos) mesmo com as portas fechadas.

Everything is OK except the room

It was super clean and easy parking

The only thing it was the refrigerator the freezer was broken and the ice cream that I put in there went bad didn’t notice till it was too late also refrigerator was a little smelly. Also their was a lot of visitors that apparently smoke illegal substance and there was a lot of that bad smell everywhere, including on the hallways and elevators, I think the security should be looking into this since is a lot of kids around and I definitely don’t want my kid smelling like that, Or being around it but besides that everything else was great.

The place was clean everything was up to date furniture, appliances.

I loved the rooms they were extremely clean and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Whenever I needed something they brought it so fast. The pool was amazing too!

The lifeguards could use a little more training especially with customer service, they were not friendly they just blew their whistles a lot and pointed never any explanation. We had small kids and it just confused them to why the whistle was being blown at them.

The activities that the resort had scheduled were awesome!

The wifi signal was terrible and my phone rarely had service.

We enjoyed the activities they had throughout the day. The pools were nice as well as the amenities.

We enjoyed our stay.

My grandson loved being able to swim a lot. The balcony was lovely to sit out on in the evening and listen to nature. I also liked being in contact with staff through text messages- anything thing I needed or questions I had I could get an immediate response from them.

First night we decided to eat on site. The food did not sit well with any of us. Guess I expected me for the prices. There were renovations going on, I do understand that they are needed.

Didn’t leave the facility for anything this was amazing this is one of my favorite places to stay when visiting orlando

My dislike is being limited on wristbands for my family and visiting guests we are not allowed extra bands for relatives who came to visit and security is guarding the pool but overall I love this place

From the facilities to the staff, everything was flawless. We liked our rooms and how they have washer/dryer in it. The balcony and the porch were a plus. There are a lot of things to do on the property so there is no time to be bored. We especially enjoyed in the game room.

Everything was fine but the hotel facilities were full and crowded.

There was so much to do and very friendly staff. The rooms are very spacious and pretty much have everything you need.

If you took a five minute shower, the water was up to your ankles in our particular unit. I’m sure it’s not that way and every unit but we didn’t feel like changing rooms midday so we just let them know when we left.

The value is great. It was not very busy which made everything much better. I probably would not go during busy season. They are remodeling alot of it so it will get even better but I'm sure the price will go up too.

Beds were terrible. Very uncomfortable. And not a big deal for most but the arcade prize machine is garbage. Don't waste your money on winning prize tickets.

Pools were great for my 5 year old. Appreciated the lifejackets being supplied. Rooms were comfy and clean. Loved the arcade/game room for rainy day.s

The rooms were a bit loud. I could hear conversations of the people next door. More food options would have been nice.

I like how the hotel was quite and relaxing. The room was very clean. The linens were clean and fresh. The waterpark was very relaxing and not crowded. The grounds was very clean. I had a wonderful time and I would definitely recommend here.
