Beds were good enough Workout room was good Refrigerator was larger than average and had a freezer section. (But temp couldn't be adjusted, see note below). Two chairs. Good lighting

Our room was next to the laundry and it got very noisy at 7:50 am every day. We had ants around the sink, but problem was solved quickly with a little bug spray. Refrigerator was too cold, and adjustment knob was missing. Made water slightly slushy and froze everything else (berries, grapes, milk). No exhaust fan in bathroom.

did not get the room requested and the night receptionist was quite rude about it.

The shower was great, lots of hot water and water pressure. Bed was comfortable and the breakfast options were excellent.

I think we would have liked to have had a room inside the hotel and not an outside room where we parked.

Breakfast area is good. Cleaning staff are friendly and helpful.

The gentleman who checked us in is not very friendly & does not speak English very well.

NOT HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE! concrete stairs to get up lugging suitcases and if you are handicap it’s tough!!!

The hotel was easy to get to, the lobby was clean and modern.

The room was smaller than expected, the walls were thin so we could hear the people in the rooms on either side, and the room was not set up for 3 people. There were not enough pillows and blankets for three, and when I went to the front desk to ask for more, they said there was no way to give me any extra pillows. He was able to grab a blanket. When we booked the room, we booked it for 3 people, in a room that fits three people (king size bed and sofa bed), and it should have been set up for 3 people.
