Not much.. I guess they had a fairly nice guest book with instructions in it and local places to eat. It was in a good location. Had a Walmart close by. I liked the security gate. The security people were pretty nice.

Carpets are kinda nasty, found 2 dead cockroaches in the house, the house was pretty darkly lit - not very good lighting, some of the blinds did not work or close all the way, there was a smell of smoking (cigarettes) in the air that had been attempted to be covered up, but did not work and made some of my guests feel nauseous.

Our stay was an excellent value. The townhome offered great amenities. We enjoyed the playgrounds and the pool area is nice.

The townhome needed some TLC such as caulking around the tubs and showers. We also had some issues with the dishwasher.

front entrance light and upstairs balcony light along with phone and safe never worked sent a maintenance guy but anything beyond changing a bulb seemed beyond his capabilitiesdespite asking multiple times never did get a pool key

Pull out sofa moldy, piss stains and blood on it, no bedding for it, and knew it was going used. Masterbed had pubic hairs in it! As did tub and around toilet. Was gonna give us a different unit and it was nastier. Pool had ducks floating in it, we all know ducks won't swim in chlorine!

our townhouse was nice, well equiped with everything we needed. But customer service was bad no reply to emails😪

There was no welcome information pack regarding how to use the cooker! or air con as this was very noisy in master bedroom, we had no access to the main pool as apparently you need a 'chip' or fob, we were in our second week when we found out there was a pool at the club house but it was s bit small but better than nothing,.this was info from another guest. i emailed through booking.com 3 times and got no reply. We had to go through security every time we returned to our townhouse as there were no gate passes. Very time consuming as they were dealing with new customers. not the best customer service. Staff at gate were very nice and apologetic.

it was quite.I had to book this at last minute due to other condo I paid for didn’t contact me after I got to Orlando . Brandon helped me with this townhouse it only took 15 minutes.to book and was very pleasant to speak with

Ants! There were dead ones upon entering and more began coming in. Bug sprayed was sprayed the next morning but it provided a minimal difference .

The location was great for where we needed to get to, close to stores and places to eat.

The staff...he didn't return emails or calls in a timely manner...The price went up....check in was awful took over an hour because the online link didn't work..They had roaches...the blinds were broken and missing... No toilet paper in the master bedroom bathroom.

Blinds in the master bedroom and in the living area downstairs were missing. It was uncomfortable being in those areas with no curtains. I'm pretty sure the condition existed before!

I love the location and how clean the townhouse was. I traveled with 2 kids and it was very family friendly. The pool is closeby and it’s a good size with a kiddie pool on the side. Beds are a good size and very comfy. Would definitely recommend
