location was great for our stay in Watrous. Staff we met were friendly. Not sure they even have a cleaning staff

we didn’t put the card out to change bedding and towels because it wasn’t needed but we did expect to have the garage removed and coffee replaced every day. That didn’t happen. If that had been our only experience with super 8 we probably wouldn’t stay with them again but the one in Kindersley was great so we will just chalk this up to a different experience. Not awful, just could have been better. Also found the stairwell dark and dirty. Dark because the light covers were half full of bugs and dirty because it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. The beds were very comfortable!

The room was by the stairwell which was a bit noisy early in the morning when workers were leaving. The light fixtures on the ceiling need to be cleaned!!

it was clean. Management and staff were very attentive and friendly. Bed was extremely comfortable! loved the full kitchenette!

Across the road were railway tracks and trains could be heard at times, although after midnight the horns didn't blow. Breakfast room was not ready when we arrived an hour after it opened. Room was not overly large but what I expected for a motel in a small town

Always a comfortable and clean sleep at the Super 8 Watrous.

Terrible customer service. I called multiple times during business hours and left messages leading up to my stay and no one ever called me back or answered the phone. When I arrived for check in I called the number they had posted and no one answered. I rang the bell 100 times and no one answered. I finally just started screaming “HELLO” in the office and a little tiny child poked her head out the door to inform me “She thinks her parents are coming”. Finally staff arrived and they had in fact gotten my messages and just never called me back. Great property but terrible customer service.

Not enough breakfast food and no spoons. Tables were dirty. Ethnic smell in office. Light in stairwell FULL of bugs . Dirty hand marks on many doors.

the room was really dry and heat fluctuated bad. we left a day early because of the weather report and was told I would still be charged for the extra night. that’s not right

I liked the ability to have a ground floor.

The breakfast room was only just adequate. The cereal was poor the raisins were hard the yogurt was sour. I did enjoy the toast and muffin.

Clean, well maintained, full kitchen with dishes, cutlery, etc;. bed very comfortable; although there were many guests, it was quiet. The breakfast room was well equipped with TV as well.

The temperature in the room needed adjusting and there was no instruction available to adjust it. We had to call the office to have someone come to explain how to make it work. We also had to ask if there was complimentary breakfast as the person who processed our booking did not initially tell us the hours that it would be available. Unlike other places where we have stayed. Wifi inconsistent!

It wasn't a very good experience. It took 45 min. Just to check in and I had prepaid. I killed 4 bugs on bathroom floor not sure what they were. My cousins room was entered and a 100.00 dollars was taken out of there sons wallet and it just so happened that the camera at that end of the building was not working. They were from Manitoba and got told nothing we can do about it. Another room we new was double charged. The breakfast that was included was not there, there was nobody taking care of it nobody at front desk to ask to restalk so we got nothing there wasn't even a cup of coffee made.
