The staffs were very welcoming . Pet friendly ! Very good hot breakfast, plus try the restaurant next door absolute wonderful staff and food

Maggie and Rafeal were very accommodating. Maggie supplied us with extra items to help with our mobility issues. The room is spacious and clean. Air conditioner worked perfectly which was important to us. Good place to stay and very reasonable rates. I will stay here again when I come back to Dawson Creek.

Bathroom shower didn’t work.

Clean and comfortable room. Wonderful staff! All of them were friendly and went out of their way to be helpful.

The staff were exceptional in there attention to detail and polite, professional (and friendly) attitude. The rooms were perfect, clean, and spacious. The location was great.

There was really nothing I could complain about.

The breakfast was very good compared to our room which was awful and smelled funky!!

The smell and the condition of the room, not like the way they advertised. And I think they put us in a ugly room because we were natives!! NOT COOL!!

The room was spacious, TV was also a good size, loved that there was an apartment size fridge with freezer instead of a tiny portable fridge like most hotels have. We had free breakfast at the restaurant attached to the office. The staff were extremely friendly at the restaurant, and the food was delicious.

There was damage to the bottom of the bathroom door on both front and back,and to the bathroom wall closest to the door at the bottom. There was also a Crack in the wall inside the bathroom above the door. The wall that the bathroom mirror was hung on hand dirt marks on it,and was not clean. The tiolet would keep running if the handle was not pushed up. The bathroom door was swollen causing it not to properly close tightly.
