it has a pub as well as a restaurant. it has a beautiful central courtyard with pool and garden

there were a couple of burnt out lights and one that was flickering in our room

The hotel is quiet and centrally located. There is plenty of free parking and there is shopping nearby. Our room was very clean.

There is a voucher for breakfast - which is a simple continental breakfast. If you want a hot meal, you can use the voucher for $5.00 off the hot meal. The continental breakfast didn't appeal to us, so we order a hot meal.

Great hotel with lousy food - the A&W next door gets a higher rating.

Check in was not the most pleasant; Clerk was firm that check in had to be after 3. Overheard her say to another client who she knew that she was off at 3 so next clerk can do the check ins. She left and 3. The new clerk who came on shift looked after our check in. We waited in the lobby for 2 to our check in at 3.

So so. Emphasis on quantity, not quality. Staff were very good.

Afternoon front desk staff. Very difficult to understand. Check in was very poor. I booked reservation in my name. My husband was the one to arrive first. He had the confirmation or booking number, but staff would not let him check in because I was not with him at the time. He called me and said that I must call the desk and speak to the clerk. When I called I got a recording that said they were busy with other customers and to call back. That happened twice.
