It was clean as soon as you walked in. You were greeted right away.

Water pressure for my room on the 4th floor was a tad low.

Service was great and GOOD coffee!

Thought it was a bit overpriced

I liked everything about the hotel. Staff were amazing. Def stay here again

No sauna and jacuzzi as advertised no maid device to clean the room , no tissue paper for my stuffy nose .

Large rooms, clean.

Seems like hotel is using COVID as an excuse to really cut back on service. Hot tub closed, had to grab breakfast on the go, had to book the gym, rooms not cleaned daily. I get that we have to take precautions, but this seemed like overkill and way beyond what other hotels are doing. And this hotel was double the price of any other place in Peace River. Seemed like a rip off. Also, really uncomfortable tiny pillows.
