Very clean and everything available to us
The pool several kids all under age of 12 unsupervised kids were very rough when I had my 3 year old granddaughter learning to swim they did not care at all swearing jumping off the pool pushing each other into edges of pool and no staff to stop it either

Is big enough for the family of 4.
They need take care of there mechanical like the AC/Heat make very loud noise. and plumbing like sink doesn't drain properly.

Perfect location right next to the exit of HWY 404. Tons of eateries around and you don't need to worry about food. Walking distance to J-Town.
Quite noisy in the morning if you got a room facing the hotel's garbage area and the garbage truck came to collect. 1 free small bottle of water only for a family room of 4.

it was close to where I would like to be. A lot of Asian restaurants around
The bedsheet, the sofa and the pillow cases were having dirty/ yellow stains.. we had to ask the house keeping to change pillow case and a new bedsheet. It was dusty in the room especially around the windows/curtains area.. they charge for parking as well..

staff we’re exceptional , friendly
and accommodating
it was clean but not perfect . I noticed things like hallway floor wasn’t ever vacuumed , vacuum in room not wonderful. no extra toilet paper . Very small rooms

Location is pretty good and ample of parking.
Shower door, have to go inside before turn on the water. When first turn on, water always cold. Not able to turn on the water and let it warm before step inside.

the morning staff was lovely but the evening staff was extremely rude. They allowed people to store the luggage carts in their rooms so that when i had an early flight there was no assistance and they were extremely rude about it. Both the shuttle driver and the man on staff watched as me, and injured woman traveling solo, struggled with extremely large heavy luggage and offered zero assistance. this was after I had been kept awake all evening by children screaming and crying and jumping in the room above me and other children running back and forth through the hallways all night. never again
