Not the best location if you're not familiar with the city. The surrounding areas are very dirty, and sadly, there's a lot of the homeless community in the area, which makes it feel unsafe to walk around at any time, but particularly unsafe at night.

The location is not great; there are not many good restaurants nearby. There's a diner on the first floor of the hotel, but the food is overpriced and not good.

There was not a complimentary breakfast, which I was surprised by.

The location was convenient but not the best area. One block over was very sketchy and there was feces on the sidewalk everywhere.

The Hotel staff was incredible; specially Ed. He was a shining star the whole time, very friendly, courteous, attentive and helpful! The hotel is a hidden gem in the city!

The outside looks rough, but that’s just San Fran. The inside is super beautiful and clean, I loved the decor and cleanliness. The staff were very nice and helpful.

The location to the venue- Regency Ballroom was in walking distance. There was also food downstairs and private parking (for a fee.)

I don’t like having to pay for parking. I feel as a guest of the hotel it should be included.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Lobby area was well kept and rooms were clean. Location is ideal and walking distance from shops and restaurants.
