Close to beach and restaurants.
A/C was not working properly; very much humidity in the room. Lamps were awkward to operate.

Cleanliness, our room was serviced every day (probably because our stay was >3 days). Location closed to everything beach, restaurants, target/convenient store. Parking is free and accessible - available space all the time. Has a decent coffee maker and free bottled water 8 oz good enough to make coffee upon waking up, which was stocked every day. Has fridge and tv.
The room was a bit smaller from what I expected, the bed was queen but it seems smaller than a queen size bed. Have to replace the hotel room key card couple of times because it was not working. No microwave to reheat left overs from eating out. The area by the hotel looks more like for single people because of the vibe. The beach front is more for surfers.

One minute walk to the water. Soft sand. No shoes needed. Tons of shopping and food all within a quarter mile. The views were amazing from our room.

Excellent location across from Ocean beach and nearby restaurants. Quick drive to San Diego zoo. Nice patios overlooking the beach. Staff was friendly.

Cannabis smell outside our deck 24 hours per day. Ridiculous!!! Homeless and mentally unstable zombies yelling and screaming until 3am.

Perfect location to enjoy everything Ocean Beach as to offer. Beautiful decks to watch the ocean. Ample parking and hotel lobby with snacks & drinks.

The balcony view was awesome, and that’s where the awesomeness ends.
The room had no heat only ac. It was so small you could hardly turn around. The shower floor was dirty. It was too expensive for what we got out of it! It was my Anniversary and I was not impressed!

The cleaning staff did an excellent job. They came when we were out and everything was in perfect shape when we returned. Hot showers, very clean. Nice toiletries, TP and good towels. Great decks to see Ocean
The rooms are small with limited counter space, but we adapted and it was fine.

The price was too expensive for the room size. The bathroom was tiny. Put this way, my knees hit the sink when I went to the restroom.

location location location!! I have always wanted to stay at this hotel and was so excited to do so. This spot is perfect for shopping and hitting the beach. If you have ever wanted to stay at this hotel, do it!!
The hotel is a bit loud, being in the location it’s in. Be sure to have earplugs to get a super sound sleep. If you don’t have any, the lobby has some for sale.

Shower water got hot/cold, room was not ready on time, room was too small for a FAMILY room, no microwave or phone in the room. The worst part it is not ADA compliant all stairs no elevator which is hard for the elderly, TV remote didn't work.

Housekeeping was great. Cleaned our room sometimes twice a day.
Rooms were very small. Nothing like the pictures. Bathroom was so small.
