We very much enjoyed our stay at Hotel Amarano. The room was very nice, comfortable bed and great shower. The continental breakfast was just OK, a little disappointing they had one toaster that didn't work well. My husband ended up ordering me a breakfast burrito from their restaurant, and it was awesome! The staff was very nice and accommodating. We were celebrating my husband's birthday and they bought us drinks and made him feel special. We will definitely stay there again when we're in Burbank.
The bathroom could have been cleaned a little better, dust on the vents and some dirt on the floors. We requested housekeeping and they never made it, but we did get the things we needed right away.

hotel was very cute. Parking was easy and attendants were friendly. Lobby staff was helpful as well.
We witnessed some staff arguing which was awkward.

An incredible staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful kind. The bartender was the on!y one who was all business, no smiles. But her drinks were fabulous (High in the Clouds).

uncomfortable beds. couldn’t get much sleep both nights. breakfast was bare minimum. first room we got was so smelly we had to request another room.

What a beautiful, warm space! the front desk staff were friendly, professional and so accommodating. I wanted to check in early after a full morning of travel and I was given options to accommodate me and I was in my room in no time. They have no idea how grateful I was!
This is not important but they could improve their TV cable situation, it was not user friendly at all. Its a very small thing but I was looking forward to down time especially because it was pouring rain the weekend I was there and I was disappointed to not have the opportunity.

The room was clean and quiet… I appreciated the privacy.
First, I wish the bed was firmer… and it would be a nice touch if you had Robes in the rooms.

Staff was amazing! Our room was very nice and very clean!! by far the best hotel we have ever stayed in! It was so sweet they have a little surprise for my girls for their birthdays.
