Location to cruise port is good. I liked the size of the room.

The bathtub is angled and leans on left and right toward the center of the tub which makes it hard to stand in the shower. The toilet was enclosed by a wall and it wasn’t very spacious or comfortable.

The staff

You couldn’t close the bath room door because the hinges were broken, the ac was not working so we ended up having to switch rooms, folks were allowed to smoke right by the exit door to the parking look my kids and I had to walk around people standing and smoking on the walkway and all you could smell was cigarette smoke there should be a designated area for smoking.

The quietness, and the cleanliness.

The pool was very cold, should be warmer.

Bedroom floor was soaking wet

Staff was friendly. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable

Parking

Wrong room type. I was given a handicapped room. Very old looking furniture. The bathroom had tattered shower curtains and I had to ask for towels, I was given old discolored white towels. TV channels would lose reception and I called the front office and no one ever showed up. The food in the restaurant could be better for the prices they charge. The view was back yards of ghetto broken down apartments with junk and disgusting trash in the yard and green water over the ground pools.
