Very close to the beach

Sanitary was subpar

It was clean and updated. Very good location. Everything worked properly (TV, toilet, lights, etc.)

The key cards stopped working and they had to be reprogrammed. There were no power outlets on the nightstand. The fridge was a bit noisy. The bathtub was a bit slippery.

Randall the owner was very nice and accommodating. Great location and great price. The passes to the lakeside park beach was a pleasant surprise.

Pool was closed and looked like it had been for awhile.

Check-in was quick and easy. Location was great, and they gave discount tickets to the beach area that is about a two-three block walk. Rooms are nice sized and clean. Super friendly staff, and the bagel station in the morning was a nice treat when you're not hungry enough to walk up the street to a restaurant. So many shops, bars, restaurants, and things to do in this location, and the price was perfect for our budget for this trip. My sister and her husband checked in before we did, and when I asked if we could be near them, they switched our room to be right next to them. The barbeque area is a nice plus too!`

The pool was not open, but not a big deal since the lake is so close!

Nice Firm mattress. Room was very clean, Wall unit AC was fairily quiet and efficient. Plenty of free parking. Free"breakfast" consisting of Fresh bagel ( cream cheese and butter) with an efficient bagel toaster, decent coffee, Orange juice, and instant oatmeal.

Pool/Hot Tub out of order. Pool will be removed in future hot tub being fixed and expanded in future ( 2025?)
