Very clean, well furnished, Good amenities, near to old Quebec

The apartment was clean, attractive, and comfortable for my family of 5. My. husband and I were in one bedroom, my mother was in the other, and our two college age sons slept on the pull out couch. It was also very quiet, we did not hear neighbors at all. It was great to have a parking space in the building too because streets were snow covered. There were plenty of towels in the bathroom and we really appreciated having the washer and dryer. We found all of the utensils that we needed to make breakfast meals in the kitchen. The location is the best thing. The apartment is in the heart of the city! We walked to major attractions with ease. Each morning we picked up fresh baked goods, charcuterie, coffee and tea on Rue St. Jean which is one street over from the apartment. There were good restaurants and clothing stores on Rue St. Jean as well. It was a short walk to the Place de l'Assemblee-Nationale, La Citadelle de Quebec, Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac, and so many charming shopping streets that were decorated beautifully for Christmas. It was a longer but still easy walk, despite the cold weather, to Musee National des Beaux-Arts du Quebec and the Plains of Abraham Park where local families were sledding and ice skating. We had a great time exploring the local streets and the richly varied architecture of the neighborhoods.

We could have used another medium weight blanket for the pull out couch. It would also have been nice to have sugar and oil in the kitchen. We did find salt and pepper. The streets were heavily salted because of the snow and ice. It would be useful to have a large mat at the entry to the apartment to contain the salt and slush and a small mop as well to keep the area clean and prevent tracking the muck into the interior of the apartment.

Easy system on site (through phone call). Flexible arrival time. Parking availble. Awesome flat with all amenities incl. washer-dryer. Downtown. Spacious.

The attitude of the receptionist to whom I talked on the phone to indicate we would arrive 15 min later than the arrival that was approved (late arrival between 10 pm and 11 pm) was not very welcoming; I didn't like the way I was talked to which was condescending.

The location was really nice and the property was neat and clean.

The bedrooms are small. No proper space, as seems the queen size bed occupies the bedroom space entirely. Also one bathroom was a bit problematic for us- 4 people. There weren’t any 2 bathroom property available during the time we booked.

Really light and roomy for such a centrally located apartment. The parking was a bonus.
