Staff very friendly & informative. Room was clean & comfortable. I would happily stay there again.

Excellent location to commute to Beverly Hills. Room size was big and very comfortable. Nice rooftop area for sunbathing, even though pool was a bit small. Staffs were excellent, from valet to front desk and housekeeping!

I wish restaurant on site can be more versatile on food offering.

Yatakları ve yastıkları konforsuzdu. Lobby hariç üsk katlardaki koridorlar ve odanın içinde iğrenç kokular yayılıyordu. Komşu odalardaki en küçük konuşma sesleri duyuluyordu. Gece otele ulaştığımda resepsiyon görevlisi (ismi sanırım victor’du) esrar içiyordu ve çok yorgun halde olmamoza rağmen check in yapmamız oldukça uzun zaman aldı.

Bellissima camera con vista Downtown L.A. con doppio televisore, cucinotto, camino, terrazzo... oltre le nostre aspettative !! Zona bella e comodissima per raggiungere le zone più "IN", e per muoversi a L.A., dove le distanze contano !!

un po' caro il valet parking (60 $ a notte, ma è Los Angeles - West Hollywood, ed i prezzi sono in linea con la zona..)

The location was so convenient for anything you need. A quick walk takes you to the West Hollywood scene or the beautiful neighborhoods of Beverly Hills. The staff were friendly and accommodating with all of my needs. The room was so spacious and comfortable. The views from the roof were breathtaking.

Great location, an easy walk to shopping and eats

There are a few aspects which are unnecessarily expensive. The parking is extortionate at $65US a day. You can park down at Venice for $15US a day. Also when we saw the City View room we’d booked it was very dark and the view was not nice at all - just a driveway and a couple rooftops. So we asked to change to the other side of the building, facing out to the street, and of course had to pay an extra $30US a night for that. Even the two complimentary water bottles were teeny-tiny compared other hotels, they really seem to want you to pay for everything. The room had a kitchen but weirdly no plates glasses or cutlery were provided. We tried calling the front desk multiple times to ask for these but no one answered, so I had to take the lift down to reception to get them. You also have to ask at the front desk for your room to be made up but again they didn’t answer the phone for us so we gave up on trying to get anything done and went three days with no new towels or without the bed being made up. Just really poor really. Don’t expect much

The room had everything you needed. Location was great. Staff were accomadating and friendly. We had a car and found it a close drive to every place we wanted to see and also close to the supermarket and cafes.

The carpet had a musty smell. Sofa bed not super comfy but didn't expect much and kids didn't complain. It was roomy enough for 2 kids though! Bedding was sufficient. Main bed was fine and would happily return. Very handy to have the kitchenette.
