The breakfast was good with a lot of variety of food. It would be beneficial to travelers with children if they can add chocolate milk and other items that would be beneficial to a child's diet as well as, plant-based meat patties and also keep the vegetarian items in separate containers to avoid cross-contamination of the meat/vegetarian items. The front-desk manager Roye has been a wonderful host during our stays on different occasions.

The Rooms that were originally allocated on the Ground floor were very noisy with visitors (adults running down the halls and making loud noises). A large number of young adults were having a party all night and during the morning hours too. The Front desk night managers should be able to control the noise level during the hours of 11 pm to 6.00 am. The Entrance door on the side of the building is not safe at night as the doors are propped open by the guests.. The cars in front of the room windows were very disturbing.

We booked this hotel because it had a pool - when we got to the hotel we were notified it was closed. we wouldn’t have paid that much money or chosen this hotel - except for the fact that it had a pool. No where on our booking anywhere did it say the pool was closed. We were so disappointed.

The hotel faculties are nicely kept. It is very clean overall and housekeeping is very accommodating. The beds and pillows are super comfortable.

The remote controls in the room do now allow for changing from cable to HDMI. I wanted to hook up my firestick and I was told by the front desk that they do not allow it. Didn’t really understand why.

The staff was very friendly and super helpful! The first room they gave me was dirty, nothing was changed or cleaned. So they gave me another room looked clean. They gave me a discount for my stay because I was there indefinitely due to a family emergency. the beds were very comfortable- did have a great nights sleep!

The pool was closed, the rooms were outdated. They were holes in the walls and had.a bad smell especially from there the carpet.
