Staff were friendly
Beds are extremely uncomfortable and bathroom was disgusting

The room was clean and nice. The beds were very firm but once you got used to it they were fine. The AC in the room was one of the best I've ever had in a hotel room. The room was very quiet and the shower was excellent.
The mattress was very firm and there weren't enough outlets for all of our devices. The curtains didn't close all of the way, so I had to use a hair clip to keep them closed.

Free breakfast, big rooms with a couch, desk and chair, tv, microwave and mini fridge. Complementary do-it-yourself coffee. The bed was comfortable and the bedsheets were nice and clean.
The curtains in the room were ripped and full of holes. The washroom and bathtub wasn’t properly clean.
The free breakfast was very basic and the sliced bread and fresh fruits were mouldy, the muffins stale as well. The only real fresh food was the scrambled eggs, bacon and do-it-yourself pancakes and hot drinks. Even the juice machine was out of order.

Breakfast was ok. Location was very convenient for my needs. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.
This time it was a tad noisier, at night, with loud guests in hallway and people upstairs stomping on the floors, I heard it was a group of school kids. The bed wasn’t too comfortable, for some reason, please change the mattress in that room. During my previous stay, that bed was great, this one wasn’t.

Said lI didn't like that the TV didn't work had to get front desk to fix...than my power in my room went completely off twice but no other lights or power went off in the hotel. Tha bathroom was dirty. Plus the hotel front desk had me put a incidental of $100bucks down but the next morning the GM woman didn't know how to refund me the $100 bucks back so instead she charged me another $100 bucks so than I noticed $200 bucks charged to my card an have been dealing with that now I got back $100 as a void but still dealing with trying to get back my other amount .. she than went on to say booking.com must of paid for your room with their credit card an than has your amount .. I said listen you charged me now 200 bucks for a $83.15 room an i want my other money owed back to my Mastercard. So will see how it is in 3 days . Terrible awful experience i will never do business with Lakeview inn an suites ever in Whitecourt,AB .. Hopefully other customers beware they might try an scam you out of money.

Great bargain the day of my stay. Staff was willing to help with anything. Extremely friendly and willing to go the extra mile.

I've stayed at most of the other facilities in Whitecourt and this one is by far the best one yet.
I was pleasantly surprised.
