Staff was very helpful, beach and pool were great, there were grills available which we used one night. We were in a kitchen unit and the kitchen was nicer than some homes, would be good if you were staying long term.

There was no real storage for clothing or bathroom essentials. We did speak with them and they are planning to add some storage.

I recommend the hotel. It is my third time in it. I like the location, it's close to everything. super clean, the employees are very attentive.

You have a gentleman that works in the evening that is very rude, just asked for towels, and he scoffed! When I checked in, I put a card on file, I was told it would charge and refund since the rooms were already paid for, instead she charged me, so she lied. I let them know beforehand I had service animals, I brought shot records, certificates, harness, leash and crated them, and still was called a liar and told they were an issue, then charged after I left, telling me I cleaned up after them, when they weren’t out in the room. If they took the time, they would see a child spilled orange juice and it got wiped up, not dog urine, service dogs are trained. The sheets were stained, and there was mold on fold up couch, and elevator inspection was out of date.

The look and feel of Hotel Sol was perfect. When I I book a place, relying on photos, reviews and websites, I'm never sure what to expect and am often disappointed. Not here. Exceed all my expectations. Peaceful, relaxing, gorgeous. I'll recommend to everyone!

The waves might have been better for body surfing.

this is a great location right off the beach. Very clean and has just about anything for your vacation.
