The condo was perfect! It looked exactly like the pictures online. The entire condo was very clean and decorated really cute and coastal. The beds were extremely comfortable and the view of the beach from the balcony was perfect! There were beach chairs, beach towels (plenty) and even layout pads for the beach, plus umbrellas, boogie boards and sand toys and games for kids. The washer and dryer worked great and the kitchen was spotless. We were in an end unit (401) so we had plenty of windows in each room. It was nice having all that natural light coming in every morning. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Also the rental company reached out to me for my email - then sent all the info I needed from the door code (and how to work it) to having all the paperwork already on the table when we got there. All I had to do was sign and leave it there for them to pick up. They were also really quick to respond to any questions I had before we even got there. The worst part of this whole trip was having to leave when our vacation was over! We will definitely be back!!

Sometimes it took awhile for the elevator, but that's to be expected with 5 floors and 1 central elevator. There were steps on both sides of the building that were easy to use!

The location was wonderful! The condo was beautiful and plenty big enough for my family of 6.

we couldn’t figure out how to use/ work any of the TVs . There are 3 or 4 remotes and we tried many times. Not a big deal to us, but I would suggest to write out instructions for guest. There were only 2 beach chairs that worked, the other one was broken. I would update those chairs or add a few new chairs. There was 2 beach umbrellas, but one of them were broken and the wind was too strong to use the other. I saw a lot of families using beach pop up cabanas, these worked really well for the wind and provides a bit of shade. I wished we had one of those to enjoy more time on the beach. It would be wonderful if the condo added one of these.

Had everything and more that we needed or wanted. Loved the keyless entry! Distance to the beach was fantastic. Was very clean!

We had to ask for kitchen trash bags and, there was a plastic cover over the mattress that made the bed uncomfortable.

The condo was beautiful - lovely view, and everything was excellent. Minor comment - the bathrooms had both been redone - gorgeous vanities and countertops, but the tubs needed a little help. Just old and stained, and weren't up to par with the rest of the unit. Otherwise, we were very pleased - spacious rooms, tons of closet space, and couldn't beat that view!!!

Checking in was AWFUL. We went to the unit that was on ALL our correspondence from the original booking. The office was closed (we arrived after hours), so we used the code given. It didn't work, so we called the number on the email. Very friendly gentleman gave us a different code. Brought two trips worth of groceries and clothes (for 8 people) up to the unit, and had just unloaded all the groceries, when I got a phone call from some woman who told me I was in the wrong unit. When I told her what # all my emails said, she just said I was in the wrong one, and she didn't manage that unit. I asked if she was kidding, since I had just unloaded all the food. Your mistake, she told me. UGH. Had to go back down to the lobby to retrieve the cart, loaded up one load, and went into the unit she said. Had to go back to the first unit to get the rest of our stuff, and the first man called again and said he wasn't sure what was going on. We weren't too happy, since no one apologized or made any gestures towards making it right. Finally got settled into the second unit, and no one was in the office on Sat to get a parking pass. When the lights were on in the afternoon, the door was locked and no one answered, so we were hoping there would be no issue with 2 vehicles parked in the lot. The management needs to be sure which unit is assigned to people, so no one else has to go through what we did. It took a lot of extra time and effort to load up, make two trips, unload, only to be told we were in the wrong place. We were exhausted after our drive to get there, and then having to go through all of that, without even an apology from anyone.

That the elevator was out of service.. no one told us and we had to haul all of our luggage and groceries up to fourth floor like pack mules, when we told management they said it was listed on website; we booked here on booking.com We would’ve never booked a 8 flight trip up stairs as my friend as a bad back. Truly disappointed

There was nothing unlivable about this stay

The common areas in our room were huge which was wonderful for our family! The view was amazing of course and the facilities were fabulous. The staff that we met were all really nice.

One of the kitchen cabinets was broken and some of the dishes had chips in them but that was all that we found wrong

The location was perfect! It was slow paced and private and about 15 min in either direction put you into the bustle of the beach life in St Pete or Clearwater. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. The balcony off the living room and straight out of the master was amazing and the ocean view was fantastic!
